Excellent
I recently went through a transaction with CS Riding which was a brilliant experience. Buying on line can be challenging for many reasons with with them the purchase, the query the refund and replacement was smooth. The item I bought was a body protector which is great quality and at a great price. It was too big for me but with no fuss a refund was provided quickly. In the end I decided to keep the protector and sent back the refund. All the while great communication and excellent customer service. Thank you.
