While the name has changed from ComputerSalg to CS MEGASTORE, it is still the same webshop, the same team, and the same service. With more than 2.8 million products, you can find everything from electronics and IT to home appliances, home & living, beauty, sports, office supplies, books, and much more.

What started as a small local store focused on computers and software has grown into a true megastore with MEGA amounts of tech, MEGA amounts of beauty, MEGA amounts for everyday life – and everything in between. The name change to CS MEGASTORE is a natural next step and better reflects the scale and variety we offer today.

Ordered sd card on 14th february

Ordered sd card on 14th february, then shipping was expected on 18th february an then and then and then, now i got email saying i will only get it on 27th, not serious!

Received opened box

I bought new headphone, but it arrived in an opened box and the wireless USB dongle was missing. The headphones are unusable without it, and I should have received a sealed package when buying new. I’m already emailing support, but the process is slow and frustrating.

Edit: 10 days after my initial ticket, I was offered either a 500 NOK compensation for the missing dongle (which still leaves the headphones unusable for me) or return for a full refund. What a waste of time..

I completely understand why it may feel that way, and I’m sorry for the frustration this has caused.

Unfortunately, we have not been able to locate or source the missing dongle separately. That is why the options offered were either a compensation of 500 NOK or a full return with refund.

We understand this is not an ideal situation, and we truly regret the inconvenience and the time this has taken.

The company make all of its best

The company make all of its best, and it’s true. I order many times and was no issue with any items. I have problem only with GLS delivery service, they brake package. But item inside was undamaged, so I just use it.

One month later- still waiting, crazy :(

My order went through a different website ordered through computersalg, and i totally understand that this might take longer since its from a remote warehouse etc. But one month later and i am still waiting for the order, this is crazy, I am sorry but at that point I should have spend 200 sek Extra and gotten my item from a different store (my bad yes) i spend 900 sek on this, I hope to get my item soon, the delivery date keeps getting sent forward, its crazy to me.
Ordered the 06-01-2026 now its 09-02-2026

Delayed delivery and changing delivery dates

I ordered a 45 m heating cable with a stated delivery time of 1–2 days from remote stock on Saturday 24-01-26. Delivery was initially confirmed for Wednesday 28-01-26 (Order no. 13395129).

On Tuesday 27-01-26, the delivery date was changed to 02-02-26.
On Friday 30-01-26, it was changed again to 09-02-26.

When I checked alternative suppliers on Saturday, Computersalg was still able to deliver the same type of heating cable within 2 days.

Repeated delays and inaccurate delivery estimates come across as unprofessional.

Unfortunately, in this case we received incorrect stock information from the supplier delivering this item, and they did not notify us in time that the stock status had changed. This prevented us from acting earlier and giving you accurate updates.

Delivery chaos

They mishandled communication with Bring, and my package couldn't be delivered. Ultimately, I had to wait for Bring to initiate the package return before they could send a replacement item.

Never encountered similar problems with other computer web shops. ComputerSalg should implement quality controls regarding their delivery partners (e.g., regularly test-mail items to themselves to confirm the service actually works). Ultimately, I am your customer, and you are responsible for the end-to-end service I receive, including any parts delivered by your sub-suppliers (in this case, Bring).

In this case, the parcel was shipped correctly from our side. Bring did make multiple delivery attempts, but the delivery was unfortunately rejected because the company name was not clearly visible at the delivery address. We understand that this is frustrating. We completely understand how frustrating this is, especially as we worked closely with Bring to try to resolve the issue and ensure the delivery could be completed.

We contacted Bring to request a new delivery attempt and to have the company name added, but they informed us that they were unable to make another attempt and that the parcel would be returned to us instead. As soon as we received that confirmation, we arranged a replacement shipment so you could receive the item as quickly as possible.

We fully understand your point that, as the retailer, we are responsible for the overall experience — and we regret that this was not handled more smoothly.

I haven't received my package

I haven't received my package. I've been waiting for it for two weeks. It was showing up in the Mail app as "waiting for sorting," but about five days ago, my package disappeared again and there's no status. That was on January 18th (the package was registered. The package was missing and the package was sent for sorting. Sunday, January 18th, 21:49 - Jönköping). Please look into this! Number 370733746795991219
