The previous daily system was replaced with the new key-based rewards and progression system as a planned update, not something done silently or to remove value from existing users. Progression is no longer tied to one-time level milestones — with Ascension, progression is effectively infinite, so you don’t get stuck at a high level like in the old system.
Your past wagering and level were converted into progression within the new structure. The goal of this change was to create a long-term, continuous reward system instead of a front-loaded one.
We don’t remove reviews because they are negative — they are only disputed when they break Trustpilot guidelines.

Users aren’t muted just for being negative about the site. Chat mutes are applied when someone breaks the chat rules, such as spamming, harassing others, or being disruptive. They’re based on chat logs, not opinions. If you feel a mute wasn’t justified, support can review it.
Updates around rewards and platform changes are shared through our official channels.
Performance improvements are something the team continues to work on. Updates and backend changes are rolled out regularly as part of ongoing development.
As for the giveaway winner, selection processes have not changed. Making winner names private was a moderation and safety decision to reduce harassment and account targeting. It does not alter eligibility, odds, or how winners are chosen.

Public Review Regarding Unjust Account Ban on CSGORoll
I was banned from CSGORoll under the accusation of “exploitation of restrictions,” when the only thing I did was place normal bets within their own platform.
I did not use bots, scripts, or any type of external tools. I simply placed bets like any other regular user. Despite this, my account was permanently blocked without a clear explanation or any concrete evidence provided.
The biggest issue is that after the ban, I am also unable to withdraw my balance, which exceeds 13,000 coins. Essentially, my account was closed and my funds were withheld under a vague and generic accusation.
I consider this decision to be completely unfair and lacking transparency. If there was truly a violation, clear evidence should be provided and the user should be given an opportunity to respond. Instead, a permanent ban was applied and access to my funds was blocked.
So far, my experience has been very negative due to the lack of clarity and the absence of a fair review process.

Mislead by "core rakeback"
Ascended thinking that my rank had access to monthly only to figure out after dumping points into it, my rank did not qualify for monthly. Prior to them updating when rakeback was unlocked it only said "core rakeback", since i already had it unlocked i thought i would get monthly. I ascended and put a bunch of points into monthly only to not get it. It was misleading to say the least and i feel i just wasted years of progress for absolutely nothing.
Its so not worth throwing your rank away especially when you thought you were getting something back when it says "core rakeback".

“Core Rakeback” does not automatically include every rakeback tier. Monthly rakeback unlocks at Brigadier General 1 rank, and this is displayed on the rewards page. Access to it depends on meeting that rank requirement — having core rakeback unlocked does not mean monthly is included by default.
Ascension does not erase your progress. It converts it into points that allow you to upgrade and customise rewards within the system. However, eligibility for specific benefits, including monthly rakeback, is still tied to the required rank level.

The site is becoming worse and worse
Of course the new rewards and xp system is god awful. Also it's funny how the reward site loads, but the only thing that does not load is the case's rewards and the spin button. When it finally loads and you press it, you get a message something along the lines of "items on the box updated, please refresh the box". You refresh the site, same thing. Absolutely tragic website from the experience to the house edge and the performance. And it has been going downhill along the years. If you reply, do not reply with your typical "we have noted our team" or "we are working to fix issue" or whatever, it will be proof that it is just a bot that replies. Not once have you guys actually listened to the community, you just want more and more profits. I can read through all the reviews and basically nothing people mention is changed/fixed.
