If you see their logo

If you see their logo, run away from there unless you want to learn the worst experience of your life. Their dryers will ruin your clothes, and the washing machines will give you an error when you pay. In the worst case, they just don't wash your clothes well.

what a joke!

to continue to use their machines in my complex's laundry room, would be no different than flushing my money. The timer on the washers 30min countdown starts even before the wash cycle begins. When it does finally start to agitate, there is only 20 min left. The dryers are a joke. $2.75 for 45 minutes sounds ok??? The clothes are not merely damp after 45 min, they are as wet as when the cycle began. Sure, you can add time. HOWEVER, it can cost up to $4.75 when you add time. Guess what? The clothes are still damp. And NO, it has nothing to do with the size of the load. One set of full size sheets were still wet after 70 min. CSC GO is a rip off and a scam. Most of the residents have stopped using their machines and take their laundry elsewhere. I'll be joining them.

There is one good, responsible person

I spend a lot of time with the Texas office regarding service, refund and fonally cancellation of services
And finally I was refered to one employee, her name is Debra, who is always there for you.
She is working at the City of Industry, California.
We couldn't solve any problem since 02/2020.
We do appreciate her for everything she's doing for the clients, for us and the Company should be very proud of her.

Army of skilled Con Men & Women

CSC is an army of professional con men & women from admin personnel to the technicians in the field; all trained and instructed to collectively sabotage equipment so it constantly needs maintenance and provide the worst customers service telling customers lies & dishonest information, and consistently never keeping their word. They are a contract equipment service provider and service many apartment buildings' laundry equipment and they are MASTERS OF DECEPTION. Nothing is as it seems with CSC ServiceWorks.

You've been warned.

i live in a condo complex and the washer broke 2 months ago. cscsw still has not repaired it despite multiple requests for repair. cscsw has ignored multiple online requests and phone calls

Gas station air pump experience

They also do gas station air pumps. The one I went to wasn't working, and of course I can't get a refund from the gas station because it's not their equipment. Why can't I look up the machine id online? Why can't they just automatically refund me because the machine was reported as broken by the gas station (why didn't the gas station put a sign on the machine is anybody's guess)? And why can't they disable the machine remotely when it is reported as malfunctioning? I'm not driving 45 minutes away to get the machine id for a refund for a $2.50 charge. What a scam operation.

I wish I could give ZERO stars.

I wish I could give ZERO stars.

My card stopped working. All of a sudden. With money on it. When I put it into the machine NOTHING HAPPENS. I have been trying to get a new card for over SIX WEEKS. The company's "support" number disconnects frequently and is not designed for people with a problem like mine (they only want the "machine ID number" to report a problem). Getting a human being is impossible. The online "chat" never has anyone available. The request for service form is never responded to. This company is AWFUL. Steer clear! Nobody will ever help you if you have a problem. I've reached out to the super and building management and they're stymied, too. These people take your money and run.

The Washing Machine was operating…

The Washing Machine was operating properly so ..Jerry came out to fix it....Well, he did very go job at it within 30 min ...He has been always helpful in fixing the problem in a timely manner...808 East La Palma Drive..he has very social skills also..indeed.. CSC is a total scam company

CSC is a total scam company. Their washers are always broken and they never fix them, the dryers are useless, and they raise the rates to ridiculous prices with no prior warning. Don’t link your bank info to their app because you’ll wake up to find that *someone* has used it to make unauthorized wire transfers of your money. My building has tried to break our contract with them because of their terrible customer service and multiple breaches of contract and they promised to sue us for “lost revenue”, the cost of moving their machines, and court costs! They are exploitative and money hungry and out of the 8 washers at my building maybe only 1 is fully working at any given time.

By reading all these reviews everyone has gone thru the same issues how long will it be before they can permanently shut this business down. I've complained several times about these washers and dryers and never get a response but as soon as you call these sucker's then they acting like there doing good business when that's definitely not the case they suck so take your money elsewhere unless you like giving it away to washers and dryers that will never get fixed

Landlords beware

Landlords, stay far away from this company!! They make it impossible to get out of their contracts. You have to write in a cancellation request no more than 6 months before the contract is supposed to end. You'll have someone contact you promising the service will get better and if you decline and ask to move forward with the cancellation, they ignore all emails and tell you to email them the month it expires. They'll leave their system in your building and refuse to pick it up.

Update: I included the email CSC provided below and of course got no response. At this point we have to bring in our legal team to get them to remove their equipment. Save yourself the hassle and money and STAY AWAY from CSC

Machine still broken....

UPDATE - Washing still not fixed. The water inside now looks like a 6th grade science experiment gone wrong. Zero sense of urgency to fix broken machines.

No major issues with the app but.... CSC ServiceWorks is slow to respond to service requests. We only have three washers and three dryers in my small apartment complex but one of the washers has been out of service 3 times recently and is currently filled with (stinky) water yet again. I sent a request a week ago. The nearby laundromat is looking like the much better option.

Sleazy nest of thieves

My bank and I have determined that all the tire air machines, ice vending kiosks and just about anything else that has charged my credit card but provided no product or service, and displayed phone numbers that either don’t answer or take messages and never respond, are this same sleazy nest of thieves.

Unacceptable Service

My building STRATFORD HOUSE machines been offline for 6 months now. I put in over 10 service requests and still nothing is resolved. I was told we need a new HUB in April and after that customer service stopped responding to my messages. Still cant wash clothes so I have to go to the laundromat. I still have money on my CSC GO mobile app that I can’t even use. Horrible is a understatement.

Worst customer service ever- and they…

Worst customer service ever- and they will not refund your account when you need to close out! I’ve been calling for months now asking them to refund the 25 bucks on my credit card to close out my account since my building switched over to a new laundry service, and they always say they will take care of it, but it never happens. I’ve called several times and still haven’t heard back anything! Worst laundry company out there.

Complacency and disreputable practices.

What is wrong with this company? Everything. Their criminal negligence and outright dishonesty has led to a multi-million dollar class action lawsuit being filed against them in an attempt to hold them accountable for their multiple breaches of contract.

Companies like this, those who troll customers with fake reviews (proven) and glittery videos of how great they are, need to be forced into either cleaning up their act or closing down.

Be warned - NO ONE has had a good experience with CSC GO, no one.

Worst Service


I will be cancelling all services and machines for this property I manage in Chicago, IL. I have been waiting 3 months for someone to register my card kiosk so that I can make service requests. I've needed cards loaded into the machine and have made multiple requests. I have put in multiple services requests for multiple reasons, and when I call to check the status of the service requests, I am told parts are needed and I have to wait for the order of parts(weeks). How would the technician know which parts are needed if they never arrived? This laundry room requires key access that the technician does not have and there were NO calls made for entry. When I call to inquire, a new service request is created which does not help. Worst customer service ever.

Old and broken

I have just returned from attempting to do laundry. For the past several months, only one washer out of eight has been working. Today that one failed as well. The machine did not spin out the water, so that the clothes are dripping water everywhere. I also attempted to use three dryers none of which worked. They deduct money, but do not tumble. Then I requested a refund, and only one went through. I used four broken machines, not one.
These machines are old, broken, and should be taken to the landfill. Also, the company had the nerve to put through a price increase recently. If technicians can come to do that, they can come to repair and replace.
