I fell for the advertising during a blisteringly humid day in July 2020. Cheap units eventually arrived. I unpacked 1 to find it shodderly made and faulty - leaked all over my desk, papers and books. Tried to contact them to send back and get a refund. 4 months later I got a response from them saying they would refund me when I sent the units back. More fool me. Sent them back to China at a cost of £50 (!!). They then emailed me to say they'd tried to refund me my £90 but that there was "a block on the refund by my financial institution". I called my bank to check. Of course there was no block on money being paid in. I've tried to make contact again via email and have received nothing back. Feel such a fool. Don't fall for it. It's a total scam. I now don't trust any online sellers as I don't want to get stung again.

This company is a Fraud
I purchased the Polaire product and it is appalling in quality and does not meet its purpose. It probably costs less the £2 to manufacture. Their terms of business are absurd and no contact can be made. They do not mind negative reviews and wil not attempt to respond. I have informed American Express that tghey are providing a payment system to a Fraud and would recommend that everyone does the same. PayPal have removed them from their system.

I too was taken in by a glossy ad for the polaire mini aircon units, see during a particularly hot spell in the UK in July. Two ordered, arrived 5 days apart - the second unit was never unpacked as the 1st one was so cheap and shoddy. Raised a dispute through PayPal (as I'd funded it through them) took until early October to finally resolve (no response from their website, surprise, surprise) and I had to send the units back to the USA (a nice little scam to put people off returning, I'm sure - despite it having a UK return address if undelivered). No matter, PayPal refunded both the unit costs and all bar £3 of the return costs. Stuff you CSC (not) Premium. **AVOID/AVOID/AVOID**

If it was possible to give zero stars I would. Seriously overpriced junk. Absolutely no idea about customer service and endless emails written by a robot who doesnt read or review the information. They trade under numerous names so quite difficult to spot them Caveat Emptor.

I ordered a WiFi repeater from this company only to find out that it is illegal. It was seized by Customs here in Ireland and I was contacted. I was informed that no prosecution would ensue once I relinquished ownership. So whacked by the company and then by the authorities. Livid I am not, but I am put out by being out of pocket. Needless to say pursuing refund will go absolutely nowhere. I believe this is criminal activity.

Avoid this company at all costs.
Unacceptable goods, shabbily packed, not as described.
Then they expect you to return the item to China, with a tracked service at your own expense.
Absolute scum.

We ordered an Arctic Air Evaporative Cooler from PandooShop / CSC Premium. It arrived a month later, having been packed, literally, in a single layer of paper with no padding. The product itself did not appear damaged, but it leaked the first time we used it. I immediately sent an email to CSC Premium and then waited, waited, waited for a response. TWO MONTHS after my original email, I got a response asking for photos or videos of the damage/malfunction. Of course by then I had thrown the unusable product away. So in summary, the product was a piece of junk, and customer service was so delayed that it was a joke.

Don't buy anything from Pandooshop - very poor quality. One of the items I received had mould growing on the fabric. They advise me to return product to an address in China, but I've decided it's not worth the cost and the trouble, and from what I can read here I'm will never get the refund anyway.

Do Not Buy From This Company.They Are Complete Con.Beware .Do Not Get Caught Out.

Took me to CSCPremium.
I contacted my-vacuumax directly, who then informed me that the order number must be from one of their other sellers.
I didn’t receive any paperwork with the order only an email donotreply@pandooshop.
After numerous emails and their requests for video to show the product was compatible with my Dyson Vacuum. I have today been inform 15 days have lapsed for a refund.
Careful with seller that diverts you CSCPremium.

Horrible products, horrible service. Defective units that they will not refund or repair without you sending them proof that they leak. Ok, how can I send a 15 minute video to them, that's how long it takes for them to leak? Buyer beware. Do your research, read reviews. Do not deal with these scammers.

I purchased 2 polaire units on 4th July & after reading reviews cancelled them same day within time stated; by email informing Csc Premium of cancellation asking for full refund. Heard nothing. 7 days later received email saying they had already been sent. Emailed them back saying returning goods unopened registered with proof & photos of Returned goods & requested full refund to PayPal. After repeated emails to their customer support with no response,finally PayPal are taking up the issue. I was fooled by their very glossy website, which flashed up on my I pad. My advice is Do not touch this company’s website it is not what it seems. Just hoping PayPal is able to refund my money.

I am pleased to say I received my products today and the delivery was expedited vs. my original order in early July.
However this does not change how I feel about my overall experience with this supplier. I believe if I didn’t write a review, I would have been ignored.

This company is a scam. On their website you will notice there is no address or e-mail. I ordered a product from them which obviously did not arrive after 6 weeks. Thankfully, I had purchased through PayPal so I received a refund. Do not order here.

I ordered that small AC unit from this company and realized a short time later I accidentally put in the wrong address(stupid and my fault)so i emailed them to let them know and this was the response ,word for word.
"Thank you for contacting us about your concern. We are sorry to hear that you placed the wrong address.

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address (usually around 24 hours).

Thats it!! Cant get money back and cant ship to correct address. Sh#t out of luck. Something has to be done about these guys.

Bought 2 Arctic Air based on advertisement that you don't need to buy regular house air conditioners when you have these. Paid $112.00 Got junk I wouldn't pay $9.99 for if I saw in person. Upon opening 1 door to see how you rinse filters - tab broke. Dealing with customer service, they want me to return products to China with a tracking service. Didn't know they were coming from China and return address on my shipping labels show P.O. Box 6368, Rosemead, Ca 91770. I never shipped to China but I would imagine it would be cost prohibitive. Sending bad vibes their way (Daniela) and am going to open a dispute with PayPay. People like this should not be allowed to do business in the U.S. I don't know how they sleep at night. Total Ripoff.

I ordered the Polaire hoping that it would help bring down the room temperature as the ad claims. However, when I tried it, I found it couldn't make any difference in room temperature. The motor makes noises instead of blowing cool air. When I contacted the company to request a return of the product, they gave me an address in China. I was just shocked that they don't even have a processing center here in the US. I was also surprised that as a customer, I was never informed of the origin of the product. Had I known that a customer would be expected to pay expensive overseas shipping fees, I would have never ordered this product. The company representatives have offered me some discount on future orders, but why would I order anything more from this company after this disappointing experience?

can i give the a negative? my husband bought the artic air from them for $70, retails elsewhere for 30-40, not worth 5bucks, fell apart in my hands and its is a rip off. don't buy anything from them.

On 15th June I received the above mentioned item which was advertised on youtube.
16th June emailed csc premium to advise that the attachment did not fit either of my vacuum cleaners.
Eventually received an offer of a 30% discount on any other item or I could return the attachment.
Advised supplier I wanted to return the item as it was of no use to me unless they could provide an adaptor. After a long delay I was invited to return the attachment but was not supplied with a return address.Once advised to send to China, I decided to persue a dispute procedure via paypal which is ongoing.
I gather from another trust pilot reviewer, that the return costs could be up to£40.00 adding insult to injury.
I will not do any further business with this company.
