Cryztal Zone

⭐ 1 Star – Worst Experience with Cryztal Zone ⭐

My game never even started working. I have been waiting for days, and instead of solving the issue, Cryztal Zone keeps making excuses and not sending the game code I paid for. Their support is completely unresponsive and irresponsible.

This site feels like a scam – they take your money but don’t deliver what they promise. I strongly advise everyone to stay away from Cryztal Zone. Total waste of time and money!

WARNING: THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!
I purchased a FIFA from them, and they sold me a compromised account already being used by multiple people at the same time. I was kicked out of the account without any explanation and couldn’t even play the game I paid for. This is a scam. Do not buy from them. I asked for a refund they refused. Please share this post widely so more people can be warned. I also urge Trustpilot to remove or de-list this company from your platform to protect other customers.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE.

What a rip off! They say its steam activated games, and later once u buy the game they say it does not allow you to play online. I purchased Elden Ring Night Reign which is a game based on online play, mentioning its steam activated means i should be able to play online. Things are very off with this website. Trust me, just go to fitgirl repacks and download offline games for free. You’re simply wasting money on games that are already there at fitgirl website. The only reason i purchased the game was thinking its steam activated and allows me to play online. Icing on the cake : no refund. What a joke!!!

Great way to enjoy expensive games at a reasonable price. And great service experience.
Highly recommend.

This is my experience I want to share with you with some pros and corns
Pros
1 first of all if you want to buy a 2nd hand game you can absolutely buy it in low price and you can instantly get you steam or epic I'd in WhatsApp within 3 hours or more
2 service is very good compare to Flipkart sellers that sell game also in low price of course they are also selling second hand games
You all see pros let's talk about CONS
1 first of all service and is good and all but there is a catch that I purchase GTA V in Rs 500 and I want to share my experience it's not very good
2 GTA V prices around 2500 without any discount if you buy from Epic or steam
and this crystal zone website is selling GTA V for 500rs more or less in my time that I went to game purchase so there is
obviously a catch
3 the catch is that you obviously get what you buy and there's the starting point of the problem start because seller is selling you the game ID of epic or steam that already more than one player is playing and that's the more irritating part because every 5 minute you automatic disconnected an obviously you thrown out of your playing game the progress is not safe at all and you have to reconnected and start from new .
That all .
but seller is trusted that guy is genuinely selling games and you obviously can buy it
BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK .

They are very honest sellers and providing quick response and there are top one best sellers in INDIA I guess thank you

I have purchased call of duty modern warfare lll on March 26th. 3k worth game I got for just 600rs. Games are very cheap and loved and enjoyed the game very much. When ever assistance needed they were ready to help us. Thanks crystal zone

About my experience it's really amazing you know I purchased to many products in crystal zone ... Almost 1 year I'm so happy.... The customer service it's really respectful I give 10/10 excellent 👌🏻

The services they provide are hundred percent genuine. The support system and delivery was too late earlier, but now they have changed their support system and hopefully we will receive access on time from now onwards.

Fantastical

5 out of 5. I made purchase of indiana jones from them.
And then i made it run on my steamdeck console i did belive that it will not run on it but they prooved me wrong. It worked smoothly. And even they helped to make it run every time in just 599 rs. Doing great work.
Thanks a lot
