The service was good, and the team was reliable. Overall I had a good experience with this company for my office deep cleaning and sparkle cleaning service. I will recommend this company.

Don't work for this company, all foreign and have no compassion for their staff

Used Crystal to deep clean our student accommodation rooms and it was the worst experience I've ever had with any type of company. At my previous job, we weren't allowed to use them due to terrible issues one of our sites had with them so I was really unhappy to learn that Crystal had been secured to clean at my new building. They had already performed half of the contracted cleans and when I checked, the services paid for had not been performed. Rooms were FILTHY. Rubbish had not been removed. It was awful. In the weeks that followed, I also had to deal with NUMEROUS complaints of theft from rooms they were not meant to clean. The team here had used them prior also and told me that the cleaners were rude, stole items consistently, couldn't communicate and rummaged through bins to steal items.
I reached out to the managers and asked for a snagging visit and they sent 2 cleaners only- to snag over 200 rooms. What followed was a debate on payment. In the end, I was forced to make payment, even though I had to hire another company to re-clean every single room. They threatened me with legal action. It was awful. The team were aggressive, not helpful and rude.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER.
They send random people to clean the rooms and they require housing whilst they provide the service which is mental. I had to get the police involved on several occasions.
Awful experience.
I will pay top money for a good service but this company does not even provide a basic service.
