Their logo is on a site that hijacked our Google profile — and they refuse to act
I run a licensed currency exchange in Istanbul. A photo advertising "cashpartner (dot) net – promo code CRYSTAL", showing the CRYSTALMONEY logo, was uploaded to OUR Google Business Profile to divert our customers to that site. This is the second time; our first written notice to CrystalMoney's official info mailbox went unanswered.
When I contacted their Telegram support (10 Sept 2026), they said cashpartner is not theirs and the CRYSTAL code is "not valid" on their side — yet their logo is still on that site, and they told us to "contact Google ourselves". No offer to act against a site misusing their own brand, no ticket, no follow-up. A legitimate service protects its brand; this one shrugged.
Whether cashpartner is their affiliate or an impersonator, the result for the public is the same: a "crypto to cash" offer carrying the CrystalMoney name that no one takes responsibility for. Our lawyers (Imperial Law Firm, Istanbul) have published a public notice on X and formal complaints are in progress.
My advice: before sending any funds to a service using this brand or promo code, verify the legal entity, licence and physical address — in person.
