No longer take phone calls been asking for an update via email many times only to be completely ignored useless!

Ive put a complaint in against moto novo with them after seeing a advert there seems a serious lack of what is going on apart from there allegedly taking them to court and I must not deal with or communicate with moto novo this has been going on Since June last year am I being scammed ? I will be calling them

i have been passed from the liquidators for Chrystal Legal to Crystal clear financial .surprise surprise the letter was signed by the director of Crystal Legal .no response from the email address and postal address is po box . i suggest we pass this on to watch dog at BBC and also to HMRC

Crystal legal went into administration, Crystal Clear now own the ledger books.
If you are owed money from HMRC contact them, they legally have to pay you what is owed to you if they don’t they are committing fraud!

I have been waiting a year for my tax claim from HMCR what they sent to the company and still have not received money or heard nothing from crystal legal services not answering any emails total rip off over 400 pounds

I received a rebate from HMRC for £1240 the cheque was sent to crystal legal which in the meantime went into administration and was handed to another company according to the citizens advice centre when l went to to sort it out. According to the citizens advice centre l was one of the lucky ones who would get my money back. I am still waiting for my money. This was last year June 2021. The citizens advice centre did say it would take quite a while for them to sort it but l think l have waited long enough.

The HMRC has sent my tax refund of £997.95 to Crystal Legal Services Ltd.on 22/6/22.
I haven't authorised them to act on my behalf. Crystal hasn't refunded my money so far. They don't answer the phone or the email.
I am not sure why the HMRC has sent my tax refund to Crystal Legal.

Crystal legal stole my tax refund of over £1300 pounds can’t get through, I never gave the tax office permission to send them my check so don’t understand why they haven’t refunded me very angry.

Crystal Legal had my tax rebate june 2022 of £293.28.
I have been unable to get through to them and I see people on here in the same situation and that Crystal Legal have gone bust.
Does anyone know if there is anything that can be done?

Mr and Mrs shields are crooks, they own other companies currently including offshore banking, Took my HMRC money without permission (crazy how the HMRC allowed this) on the 10th of July 2022 and wound the company up 17 days later. Maybe we should all call to there property or go to the national press.

I have been scammed by Crystallegal Ltd they have had £547.99 of HMRC money due to me HMRC told me they had sent to them and the cheque had been cashed even though Crystal knew they had gone into Liquidation. You could never contact then get any replies I only gave permission to them to claim the PPI tax back not my personal tax. What an appalling company I have been trying to contact them since
March 2020 when they kept sending me text messages and the straw that broke the camel's back was at the end of June this year beginning of July 2022 when I was notified they had my tax refund...

My husband has been waiting since June for a cheque for £251.96p which was due from HMRC. They said they had posted it onto Crystal Legal Services and it had been cashed, but nothing sent to him. Cannot get in touch with them at all via telephone or e-mail - does anyone have any clue what to do now please?

Does anyone know who is dealing with the liquidation? We have the same thing me and my husband and I both had letters in June saying we have refunds from HMRC. They have been cashed as HMRC told me this when I phoned. We want our money so are happy to tackle this problem but need information about who we contact but can’t find it.

And that is generous!!!! They had my cheque from HMRC in June and nothing from them ..Now I find out that they went bust,so I am now down £199.48! Thieving robbing people.
And I couldn't,t get hold of HMRC to get said cheque cancelled.

Been on to HMRC this morning. They have applied for cheques to be revoked. It can take up to 8 weeks!

Have been waiting for my money from HMRC via Crystal Legal services which went into liquidation in July 2022. HMRC are hoping to cancel the cheque and send it direct to me.

Surely something can be done on this they are holding money which is not there’s
HRMC should be doing something

I have been told by HMRC that they sent a cheque for my tax refund to Crystal Legal about six weeks ago, cannot contact them, and have found out today that the Company is in liquidation!

Have been waiting three months to get my cheque.
I have tried contacting them on numerous occasions but cannot get a response from these people.
These people are swindlers. DON'T USE.
