I've been thinking about getting a red wine dispenser forever, and I'm so glad I did! It's beautifully made, just the right size, and I can tell it'll last me years. Plus, the price was incredible. Couldn't be happier!

I finally own this beautiful crystal piece I've always wanted but previously thought was too expensive! I managed to get it at a fantastic price with a wonderful discount.
It's even more stunning in person and accents my 'fancy parlor' perfectly. I was also pleasantly surprised by the delivery—it arrived very quickly and, most importantly, in one piece with no breakage. A flawless experience from start to finish!

I am heartbroken this store doesn't exist anymore, I purchased for several years. Loved getting Waterford signed pieces. I don't now where to buy my crystal now. So sad.

Crystal classics was a fantastic store where I could find something to treat myself whenever I was in a good mood or feeling optimistic. They had fantastic sales on things that looked heirloom and were extremely high quality. I've really been browsing their site off and on for at least a decade. I was so sorry that they closed. I just found out today when I was looking for something nice because I wanted to treat myself for starting a new business. I really don't know what can replace them but I hope that when they close it was for good reasons and not under hardship. I really liked them and liked their customer service. I'm sad to see them go.

Sadly, I just received my last delivery from Crystal Classics. I started shopping in your Columbus retail stores in the early 90's. That continued to your Huntley Rd. showroom and online shopping. I was always treated with helpfulness and kindness whether in person or on a call. I'm so sorry to see your online store closing. Best wishes to all the special people at Crystal Classics! You will be missed.

I have bought a very nice variety of whiskey tasting, red and white wine glasses, hiball glasses, DOF glasses from Crystal Classics. Every transaction over the last number of years has been flawless. I love my Reidel, Waterford, and Steuben barware. And I am VERY sorry to see Crystal Classics close down.

Actually, I thought the glasses were "highball" size when viewed online. They are smaller than anticipated. Unfortunately, when viewing items online I am finding that I never know what to expect.
