Didn’t even receive half of my order, I have emailed twice and had no response. This has been over 2 weeks, very disappointing and wish I read reviews before even placing an order.

Avoid — obstructive refund practices. I attempted to exercise my statutory right to reject a faulty item within 30 days under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015. Instead of processing the refund, the seller insisted on multiple occasions on me sending them a video as a precondition before allowing a return.

Requiring additional evidence as a barrier to a lawful refund is unreasonable and contrary to consumer rights. This felt like a deliberate attempt to delay or deter a legitimate claim. Let alone the complete wasting of my time…even writing this. But I’m so frustrated by getting nowhere with the return. I’m at a dead end.

Consumers should be cautious dealing with a retailer that does not respect UK consumer protection law.

Tbh customer service has been exemplary just frustrating that product doesn’t seem to have staying power 🫩

Awful! Ordered two weeks ago and they now seem to be blanking my emails. Shocking please be wary before ordering

Ordered in December, item never arrived although customer service assured me it was on the way. It’s now the end of January no sign of my order and my emails go unanswered.

Scam site avoid this

Paid £39.99 for “7-in-1 LED Facial Sculptor” Pro, and got a cheap knock-off “7 Colour Beauty Device for Face & Neck”
