Quick and professional would highly recommend!!

Listing for the plates I ordered was unclear about the legality of the number plates. After placing the order, this was playing on my mind, so I looked into it further with DVLA and found that the plates would not be legal for road use.

Tried contacting Crystal Plates by several available means to cancel the order (email, Facebook messenger, telephone - number invalid), and all attempts were ignored/unsuccessful. Raised a case with PayPal, however they do not class an omission of key information as a misleading listing.

Tried contacting Crystal Plates again to arrange a return/destruction of the plates and a refund, but they ignore all messages/emails. Tried to get their attention by commenting on their Facebook page, but they have now blocked me on Facebook.

The 'legal' plates example images on their website are marked up as the plate maker being Carbon Plates LS4 2EU, however DVLA have confirmed that this numberplate maker isn't on their register. I can't comment as to whether plates sent out to customers would be marked up with these same details, as this is part of the information that my plates needed to make them legal. However, if the 'legal' plates they send out do have this same information on them, then they would actually be illegal for road use.

My plates needed replacing after just over 2 years as the letters/numbers were servely mottled (I only ever wash my vehicle myself, with safe products). When I contacted Crystal Plate about this I received a very unapologetic reply stating there was nothing they would do, as I bought the plates over 2 years ago. Surely they could have offered some sort of discount or replacements!

I’ve ordered from Crystal plates a few times and the delivery times were never quick. However this time it’s took a number of emails to chase the dispatch and delivery times as I could clearly see after 10 days of payment I was still awaiting a dispatch notification. Some emails are replied to quickly if it involves payment but if you are questioning them about where your plates are then good luck getting a reply.
I received the plates today and in good order but 2 weeks to get them is not good when you are waiting to put a car on the road .
Sorry to say it will be the last time I will place an order with Crystal plates as I have seen a few other reviews having similar issues to me so it’s clearly not a one off . Up your standards around customer care of eventually you will lose business.

Joke of a company !! Ignored sooooo many messages , fb , email every point of contact we tried to contact them IGNORED ! Finally responded saying they had a back log and would send out FRIDAY next express delivery his words not mine , friday comes no tracking no email nothing i message again , saturday rolls round BOOM after i emailed asking to have my ordered cancelled , evri tracking number thats not express delivery cheapest of delivery companys , messages sent ignored so im dreading the state these £60 plates arrive in after reading the reviews too late on my part will make sure everyone knows what a shit show he runs !!!

Best plates i've ever had, the quality is absolutely amazing, and the customer service is exceptional, would definitely recommend

I have used and recommend Crystal Plates a few times. I have never had an issue. Till now. I bought a new private Plates for a car i was getting. I ordered the Plates the same time I ordered the private number so i could go and. Collect the car it's 150 miles away from me. The Plates arrived and they were not correct. They arrived on the Monday i was leaving on the Friday to get the car. I emailed the company right away next day i was told. Snap the Plates show us a photo and we will send new ones. I said i can if you can guarantee they will be here by Friday. No reply. Tried again. No reply. Contact PayPal. Crystal Plates reply and say we told you what to do. I said i need you to guarantee the Plates will be here i can not drive the car without. And at this point i had tried to break them all that happened was numbers came off which I showed them and they said we can not guarantee they will be with you. So i had no Plates and no choice but to buy other to be able to collect the car. Waited for the new ones to arrive as i have broken and proved to the company. No Plates. So i contact PayPal again to which they reply and say return them in the condition in which they were sent and we will refund. Knowing they are broken at their request. BEWARE WHEN FOLLOWING THEIR INSTRUCTIONS

Awesome company and very easy to deal with with a very fast turnaround of there products which are of great quality.

Ordered my plates, I made a mistake on the order and contacted crystal plates and they corrected my order for me and I received my plates as I ordered friendly service and helpful! Will use again thank you guys!

Received wrong plate, company is point blank ignoring me and offered me a 20% discount if I ordered another? They sent me a front plate instead of a rear as requested and then point blank lied to me even though I had specifically asked for a rear and they even messaged me to confirm it was a rear plate I was after

Crystal plates was a amazing experience from start to finish got my plates stuck them on the car and boom front end come to life aswell look boss couldn't be happier I've recommended them to friends and family aswell will buy again

Ordered 2 sets of plates and both sets have come within a week of ordering them 10/10 service will be ordering my private plates through these
