Cryptopia made it impossible for me to log back into my account without Google Authenticator, after my Google Authenticator app DIDN'T back up any of my accounts, so needed to deactivate the Athenticator validation, (even though I had my phone backed up, before sending for repair and having to restore to factory settings!)
Then they get hacked, and they break off line of conversation, so no way of continuing the discussion re the issue! Disgusting lack of customer concern!

Been a user for a year or so , and they recently got hacked in jan 2019 , and since they have been hacked , they have now decided to ignore all its users who are wanting answers and info regarding their accounts, and 5 days later they are still giving them the cold shoulder , don't waste your time with this half witted site , the owners have got no morals or actually give a toss about their customers , there are plenty of alternatives , that are much better than these con artists , keep well away from !!

Deposit didn't show in account.

First support ticket response is quick. From there on forth, I haven't heard anything in over a month now.

Frustratingly enough, any new support tickets are closed immediately, yet they can't even provide a "we're still working on it, don't worry" update on my missing deposit ticket. It's fine to be busy, but no communication is just plain unprofessional. For all I know my money's in limbo and they won't help get it back.

Great peer to peer LICENSED New Zealand based exchange. Has many more coins listed than the majority of the exchanges - a bit like penny stocks - it is buyer beware - with great trading opportunities. Check their coininfo page for fees as some coin networks like ERC-20 tokens and Omni layer tokens can be expensive to withdraw due to the withdrawal fees being charged by the coin network (not set by the exchange) in Ethereum (ERC-20) and Bitcoin (Omni).

My tron has been in processing state from 24th Sept 2018, neither they cancel the processing nor they do transfer. Also no proper response from there support team. Do not use this website or wallet.

This site intentionally misleads people on transaction protocol so they can later charge insanely high fees to correct errors that never should have happened.

I am very pleased with submissions and withdrawals.

They delist many coins from their plattform and you can't get the funds from the coins back

Not the best exchange... Their customer support is non-existent, they have lot's of issues with platform security and fees are too high.

The site has wide variety of trading pairs but the support is totally BAD!!!. They don't reply to any messages at all. There are problems with the wallet. Me and my friend lost coins trying to deposit to there wallet. The sites design is outdated, there is not way to find real fees about trading.

Highly recommend to stay away from this site until they fix the support problems and solve the issues with there wallets.

My bitcoin withdrawal instantly went to the block chain. This is the only exchange that has instantly send my withdrawal.

You don't have zero ratings but they deserve zero. Stealing coins bought electroneum and they freeze it. I cant do nothing, cant withdraw, exchange, nothing. Allready 3 weeks. In the meantime electroneum went from 0.065 to 0.03

They rob me!!!!! My BTC balance was withdrawn to unknown adress without my confirmation. More then a week no response to my ticket!!!!

Deposits and Withdrawals are not processed for days if not weeks. Support tickets are ignored. Stay away from this exchange!

I send coin from YoBit wallet to Cryptopia wallet and 24 hour gone and i don't have any coin in Cryptopia wallet, i write 3 tickets and they not answer yet , i send a message on facebook and they tell me to wait 35 days till someone will replay, They Act as a SCAM, I think they don't have customers service or it's a single person dealing with all tickets.
