I am with Cryptopay since 2018 I never had any problems. Brilliant, Customer Service. Any issues resolved less than 24 hours live chat, always available very happy with all services.

I was in a search for a solid crypto exchanger and Cryptopay drew my attention the most so I applied and I never regretted since then.

I had a really nice experience with the customer support, very helpful and kind, willing to guide step by step to the very last moment which I appreciated the most and one of the main reasons I think they are the best.

In regards of functionality (transfers deposits-withdrawals) everything works flawlessly hence why they have my biggest appreciation.

For the cyrpto experts or enthusiasts if you are interested into a crypto exchanger then don't look for more, Cryptopay is the way to go.

Website so bad, it's basically unusable...verifying account takes an hour or more because you constantly have to redo everything.

First of all, no.1 crypto card in UK. Barely any issues. Deposit of different assets , off ramp to UK bank and deposit of GBP without any hiccups. A bit expensive but then when u consider they never fail premium is worth paying. Missing only virtual cc cards.

I have this card for last 3 years and cannot find any issues. One thing which I would add or change is 3d confirmation via OTP SMS code. Sometimes service delays SMS which leads to canceled payment. may e implement verification via app. That way defo every single transaction will succeed.

Regarding support, every time I started chat I was given straight answers and help which was enough to assist with ongoing issue.

In UK you can have few different providers of the crypto cards but seriously cryptopay is no.1.

Wirex complete scam, Plutus expensive with only ETH deposit as source, coinbase barely registering new accounts.

I only signed up to Cryptopay this week. I already dabble in Crypto on other exchanges. The reason I signed up with Cryptopay was to make use of their 'virtual credit card.'

You can buy PlayStation games from the Turkish PSN store for hugely discounted prices. Unfortunately, the methods of paying have become very limited. However, I'd read that a Cryptopay card was an acceptable method of payment.

So I signed up and created my virtual card... but it didn't work. So I got in touch with Cryptopay support and ended up chatting with Alina.

As a result, I had to go through some additional verification steps and create a new virtual card.

It worked. I bought a game that is £80 on the UK PSN store, but only £33 on the Turkish store.

Alina was friendly, helpful, professional and highly efficient. She kept me up to date and resolved an issue that I thought might not be resolved. And it was addressed really quickly.

This is what customer service should be.

It was done via text chat and I know not everyone likes that. But I recently had an issue with a very big consumer electronics company. Literally hours and hours, days and days spent on the phone, writing emails, doing live chats etc and couldn't get anywhere. And yet Cryptopay sorted something out within hours and just via text chat.

Impressive.

I hope this level of service remains if I encounter anymore issues, because it was one of the best experiences I've had.

I think Cryptopay is one of the most reliable debit card
services i have used in the Crypto Space over the last 3 years. long may it continue. This space is evolving and it looks like they are evolving with this Digital asset driven economy.

ITS a SCAM. They let u put the money and then block the account. Its a trap

Good support and the card is widely accepted. The card was recently blocked due to my own fault. When I looked for support, it was unblocked within minutes.
