Very frustrating experience with Crypto…
Very frustrating experience with Crypto loko. I’ve been using their website off and on for a couple of years now. Their games aren’t quite what I typically like so this would have been my first time cashing out. A small amount, just a couple hundred bucks. When I clicked withdrawal it said I needed to submit a picture of my drivers license. Here’s where the fun began. Now I gamble on probably 15-20 different sites so let’s just say it’s not my first experience uploading my ID. I tried what felt like 10 times to upload my drivers license. Following all the rules, making sure it was clear, all the corners were in the picture, all the things, but as quick as I could hit submit, it would kick back and say rejected. It felt like someone was waiting with their mouse hovering over the reject button waiting to click it as soon as mine came through. Not understanding what the issue was because all the info I was given was it was out of focus. Well the last 3 times it was clear enough that I could read every line on my license looking at the picture I was sending……but it was still rejected. Then the grand finale, they say I’ve tried too many times now I have to submit another document. Like my other drivers license???!! I don’t get it. You may want to avoid them unless you like to be frustrated and waste your time doing the same thing over and over. There are many other online casinos that were happy to take my unacceptable drivers license and they will get my money also.
