2 worked and the 3rd went AWOL

CEX.IO use CryptoCapital as a fiat transfer option and was the only option open at that time. 2 transactions worked. The third was debited leaving a -0.00 balance and never sent. Crypto Capital's Summary of Account records show it has not been sent and they have acknowledged this in a broken English email, promising to send it but it has not arrived. If CC works, it works well. When it doesn't work there is zero customer service including responding to emails. Their phone numbers (1-866-978-7458, +507-836-5226) simply ring out to an overfilled voicemail. Do yourself a favour and put a call in before joining CC. We are engaging lawyers in Panama to recover the money
