Im a loyal player who has lost over 3 btc to this site. I wont name any names but have to agree about chat not being very welcoming but its not only new players who are often left to look for other places to be. Ive never done anything worthy of being put down but its happened. That said we are all humans and ive continued to have a professional relationship with the site. Support is superb however I felt a recent situation with another player who is also loyal having been left to possibly not have his withdraw cleared and then left with the notion that his withdraw would not be given to him if in fact it was kicked back to cg. He chose a large fee but was told if it were returned do to a low fee although he paid one that was larger by about an 8 to 1 margin. His withdraw with a 70k satoshi fee selection was sent out with less then 9k satoshis and took about 36 hrs. This isnt normal but is something to be aware of. I felt this was wrong and support used to never do things like this. In my own experience they have been helpful but certain things like having a super slow bet speed when new players recieve larger ones also bugs me. The rain on this site isnt like others and works in the sites favor but not the players who are there. Big lack of loyalty rewards vs its competitors will keep most big players away as will its shrinking chat quality and 1 sided decisions. For a player who has been there over 1k days and bet over 200 btc while losing over 3 i feel the faucet is definitely fair but other rewards are lacking. I will play to continue to use the site for what rewards ive earned but unless things change it wont be my go to or even number 2 site at the moment. Top 3 to 5 though and i can say i trust them and my experiences with them have been both great and very nagative but the good outweigs the bad overall. People complaining about not getting a large faucet are likely players who ruin good faucets for all good players in this industry.

Site is legit and great.. but behavier of some modrators like lutpin is not good..i never seen he help any player in clear answer in first comment.. he always replay in sarcastic way... sorry to say but support staff is not good at all

Like other negative reviews, this site needs to improve their customer experience or face oblivion like many other dice sites before it. Their child like moderators are the worst of the lot. Remember to respect new users as they may become long term customer. Or abuse them like mod Lutpin do all the time, shame you in chat for not depositing money yet even though your still in the process of knowing the site well. You will never find new users betting their hard earned money if you treat them like garbage just less than a week using your site.

Good luck finding real support with this guys.

P.S. you'll never know how big a gambler new customer is. Maybe they are just waiting to clear some funds. but one thing for sure, YOU WILL NEVER KNOW.

fair site - I won quite abit and lost quite abit more alot of those loses would have been wins but I got greedy. I played beyond the point i knew i should stop. If there was a way to factor all those win, loses and should have stopped it would average out to my being ahead. people who like crypto-gambling, like crypto-games bottom line. Yes people lose a lot of money but they also win a lot of money. The site is one of my favorites because of the fair odds and the games. The chatroom in the other hand its notthat great and some of the extremely strict (totalitarian) mods make it worse. Thats my honest review.
