Crypterium is the personification of simplistic perfection. I tried to make "it is easy and great" sound a little more elegant with that introduction. If you are in a rush that summarizes exactly what you need to know about Crypterium. It is a great platform for trading or staking cryptocurrency. This is due to the effortless experience the UI design provides. Also, it also features a variety of options which are excellently presented within that UI. It does everything you will need it to do, and I believe that this is an amazing foundation for them to build upon with future updates.

I initially only joined them because of a referral campaign. I know this makes me sound like a cheapskate, and I am going to settle with that label strictly because it would require too much effort to explain. Honestly, I am very proud to say that I love referral bonuses. Not just for the financial incentive aspect of it, but primarily because they are a great way to determine the integrity of a corporation. Some places use the referral bonus as almost a "reverse referral" of sorts. What I mean by this is that people join them with the expectation of making the easy money, but instead they end up losing money by trying to obtain the bonus. It is hard to describe without just giving an example. Ok, so, take for example the "Coinlist" trading platform. They offer a similar product to what Crypterium offers, and I am sure that they are making plenty of money doing so. Despite them likely having billions of dollars they falsely advertise a referral bonus, never pay it, never reply to support tickets, and best of all they tell you to deposit $100 while knowing that it is not going to be enough to move/trade/sell/etc. So, if you "invest" the $100 as advertised you will never receive the referral, and you will then be told that you do not have enough cryptocurrency to trade/sell/send/stake. You will only get your money out of there by adding more money into it. By the time you are done you've paid 3-4 different fees, lost money, and it was all for nothing.

Thankfully, Crypterium did pay out as advertised. It was just a $5 reward, it had very unclear terms, but I got it figured out thanks to their support team. Essentially, they had the extra step of requiring users to hold CRPT, and that is where I had missed out. Luckily, they actually have good customer service/support as well. It is only after dealing with some bad ones that you will find out how much of a blessing it is when a company has a good support team.

Overall I am very impressed with the platform. I will not lie about it. When it came to Crypterium I was skeptical to say the least. I had not seen them promoted anywhere, and that typically means bad things. However, I also understand that sometimes places just slip under the radar. I can honestly say that I have had a great experience using Cryperium. I greatly enjoy using platforms that do not just treat you as if you are a number. It is always frustrating to me when I am charged relentless fees by custodial exchanges/wallets who ultimately aren't actually moving anything. Crypterium offers a simple platform that is quite easy to understand. They offer a pretty nice selection of cryptocurrency. They allow you to trade one crypto into another. They give you the ability to stake cryptocurrency, but actually are nice enough to allow users the option of forfeiting profits in order to redeem instantly. There are a ton of features that I have not yet had the opportunity to look into due to struggling to find time to spare. Features such as the AI based predictions or the debit card for example. While I cannot get the debit card due to my location (currently), I do intend to try the AI somewhere down the line. I've already previewed it and I was relieved to see that it was understandable. Other platforms like KuCoin offer these trading bots, and they are such a confusing mess that I have no clue where to begin.

All in all I cannot say anything negative about Crypterium. I'd love to get the debit card eventually, but I do not know if they intend to expand to that extent. I would definitely recommend them for someone who wants a fee-free, basic, and feature rich experience with trading cryptocurrency. I am excited to see what the future holds for them.

horrible, i am trying to verify my account step 2 and it sends me a link by text message on my phone and i try and open the link just nothing happens. i have complain on costumer support and till now nothing solved.

Last night i have made a cashout to skrill prepaid card and what happened just shocked me. Instead of getting paid and my skrill balance top-up these poor scammer company actually tried to deduct money from my skrill card. In skrill transactions it is checked as declined payment to crypterium instead of deposit from them. Since then i have sent to the motherf****g support if i can call them support at all but whatever i have sent to them screenshots,statements,transactions history and all i got as an answer is: we will keep you update on email or the chat cant do nothing they are just some live bots with one function to tell you that they arent eliglible for these kind of operations and will escalate the issue to the apropriatte department. And suddenly this morning the conversation stopped at all. They are not answering me neither in email neither in chat. So i am starting a sue process.

Why is it so hard for you guys to complete verification, I’ve sent you bank statements for the card used on my account, when I write i get the same frickin answer from compliance team maya, a frickin computer helping me with completing. My transfer is frozen due bad help from employee of this network. Can I please get a living being to help me? I’ve sent bank statements multiple times and all you answer is

I’ve used a virtual bank LUNAR WAY, when I print the statement (as a pdf) no transaction to you is seen on, because the money is frozen in reserved.. this is so stupid.. I’ve called lunar several times and every time I get the statement there’s still no transaction seen on it. Even though about 300 usd Is reserved until further confirmation. But the last confirmation is the statement, but your stupid computer send back the same reply time after time telling me what’s written above^^^^^^^

Easy to use, both desktop version and mobile one. Any issues were resolved quickly by support.
Only remark I have is that it would be nice to export transaction and payment history both for wallets and cards.
