Ordered some pen’s had a couple faulty ones, I just wanted to say the way they handled this was beyond professional, it was personal after reaching out they were more than happy to assist me and are sending me replacements it’s hard to find decent customer service these top job team crush metric 11/10
Looks the park BUT after only one day
The tinfoil stopped crumpling stayed smooth in parts went slightly loose the glue that held the tinfoil on stuck to thumb when righting - did email them they thought I was using - they have offered me a replacement today so hopefully was a one off problem
UPDATE- had 2 more and exactly the same
Bought pens which were returned to them by Royal Mail. Contacted Crushmetric who said they would resend if I paid extra postage. I said that's fine. 2 weeks later I still hadn't heard back so requested a refund. Email ignored. No matter how many times I asked for a refund I received no reply, and still have no product. Have ended up having to raise a dispute with my bank to get the funds returned. Don't waste your time and money.
