I honestly have waited about a year before purchasing a subscription through crunchlabs. I didn’t want it to be a trend or for him to not be into it. I was also concerned with the value of the products. We finally purchased it for his birthday and the smile, excitement and enthusiasm was priceless. I’m surprised by how thoughtful the product was made and he loved it so much we can’t wait to get box 2!

I ordered the crunch lab first level for my grandson in January 2026 he needed the next level we wanted to go up to next level. I had to ordered a whole year subscription he received one and now I’m receiving one also and I have been charged for two. I only want one to go to grandson Please credit my credit card back for one subscription. Just know you can’t switch labs as easy as they say you will have to buy a whole nether one and only get credit back for what you haven’t used

I ordered this for my eight year old son and he was so excited! He was able to do everything himself and was so proud of the end product. We’re only one box in but I’m so glad I decided to purchase! Looking forward to what all these projects will inspire him to design as he gets older. Definitely recommend!

All of it, fast delivery from day it was ordered, a little pricey but honestly once it was here my son was over the moon and it was well worth it. Quality of materials as well as directions and the videos to go along with the projects. Very well thought out; very creative and very useful/fun and engaging. I cannot recommend highly enough to friends and family.

Kids love it, however, the motor broke within minutes of putting it together, so that was a bummer!

They offer replacement parts! Amazing!!! Thank you CRUNCHLABS you rock!

first purchase, my son was really excited and when we received it the main piece was missing. He was extremely upset as he waited so long for this to come.

As soon as it arrived in the mail, my son opened the package and completed the project immediately! He loves it, and already asked when the next box will arrive. The shipping did take longer than we are used to but instant gratification isn't necessarily good.

By far the most hands on building experience I have seen in any kids toy and it was super great for my 7.5 year old daughters self esteem, hand eye coordination and creativity! We are officially hooked!!

My grandson received his first Crunchlabs fly wheel project and loves it! He is so excited to build something and then see it in action. I am excited to see how he builds confidence, curiosity and life skills!

Everything was a expected. Its a good product, my son absolutly loved it and cant wait for his next box. It came with good instructions and a few extra things like extra little parts. It even came with batteries. All i can say is keep up with the good work mark and team

Quick delivery and one very happy birthday girl. My granddaughter states it was the best birthday gift ever and she couldn’t believe she has a year of deliveries coming her way.

I'm am really disappointed with the customer service and handling of the orders. First, the order was said to have shipped but the status did not update for weeks. When I emailed their help, the response was merely to wait. I was finally able to get a refund on the "unshipped" items only. When the first hack pack arrived, the box was not in good condition but my son was happy with the item. Unfortunately, while watching the instructions he reactivated the subscription. This should not be able to be done by a child. Of course, I can't reach the help to cancel the subscription a second time. Very frustrating.

We ordered a kit to Canada. After numerous delays, we contact suppport and they said they had a "shipping error" and we should just sit tight. They were unable to provide a tracking number. We asked to cancel and they said they could only cancel future orders - but what about this one?! EVENTUALLY, it did show up. Nice kit - but quite possibly the most understaffed / ineffective support team.

I’m really upset that I paid to have my order expedited for my sons birthday and did not receive it and I can’t get ahold of anyone to help me

My two Grandsons are huge CrunchLabs fans, we watch the shows every time they come over. They are so happy to be able to build the projects now too.

I have purchased many STEM toys for my twins and always found they need the parents (us) to be their motivators. Because they've been watching the Mark Rober series on Netflix, along with a self guided video provided with the STEM toy, they drove the entire project themselves! When their creation came to life, they were thrilled and proud of their work. As parents, we feel like they finally value STEM!

Appreciate the delivery timing and product quality- particularly how well balanced the flywheel and motor power are calibrated :)
