Great van, easy to operate

We traveled 4 weeks with the sandpiper 2 berth. It is a fantastic camper for two people, service cruisin Provided was superb. Picking up in Sydney and the delivering in Cairns where smooth. So, No Worries, like the Australian people say. Have fun Cruising with Cruisin. 👍💪

The van had everything we needed, easy to drive, easy to use and very fuel efficient for our trip.
Customer service with Kyle at the pick up and drop off was fantastic, very helpful and super friendly.
Definitely a good idea to check in online to save time and watch the video as it helps explain everything. We also took out the maximum cover which made things even easier and provided us the camp chairs etc.
Will definitely do again :)

Smooth transaction. Easy to speak to. Car was in good condition, both mechanical and interior.

The campervan (model Sandpiper) was very modern and the interior was really nice. There wad lots of storage space for all your things. We loved that we had blinds instead of curtains and the linen and towels were of really good quality.

Great experience travelling from Perth through the Margaret river and south west. Easy pickup and drop off.

Great vehicle, worked well. Good instructions to use and informative video.

We did a beautiful trip across WA.
The RV was equipped with everything we needed and drove very well.

Great Motorhome, very comfortable.

The pick up process needs to be better.

I was told to pick up at 10 so planned trip around that time. I did the ‘pre-booking’ process to ensure quick pick up. However, we arriving there was 6 - 7 groups already there waiting.

I had to wait an hour before being served to then only find out the van wasn’t ready. Super disappointing.

I then had an issue with the van which I had to drive back to the pick up place to be rectified. Ended up getting home at 2. I was refunded $70 for the return / fix, but 4 hours later I could finally leave for our trip.

Overall, van was ok! But I can book vans from anywhere. So the difference with other operators being pick up and service. To be honest, given the van not being ready and causing delayed start, I’d probably go with another operator for next trip.

Had a great experience at cruisin motorhomes perth. Very affordable prices. Car/linen was in very good condition and staff are very friendly. Highly recommend
