If I could give this company a 20 star rating I would. We boarded our ship & my husband fell & cracked his head open so we had an emergency situation. Unfortunately, we did not get to enjoy our vacation. I phoned Norman that same night & explained the situation & he came the next day to pick us up & take us home. I was so happy to see him. I was so worried we were going to have to stay in Ft Lauderdale until our pickup date which would have been another 4 days in Ft Lauderdale without transportation, more hotel cost, etc....
This company is very personable and caring. I am highly recommending them. :)

This was my first time using this service. I was going solo from Sarasota to Miami to meet friends for our cruise. The van with Norm driving conveniently picked me up and delivered me right to the cruise ship with great instructions for the trip back to Sarasota after the cruise. The terminal was extremely busy but Norm had everything under control and I would definitely recommend for a carefree trip to and from the ship.

Easy to book. On time arrival. Safe driver. Personable. Made bathroom stop exactly when I needed!!

Excellent service and Norman was by far the best driver! He was always keeping a sharp eye open on surrounding drivers! Made sure I got to a comfortable and safe location while waiting for my family to come in from France! Maureen, who took my reservation was so kind and made sure I was informed and comfortable with my reservation Great experience from beginning to end! The price! Oooohlala!

Norman is the BEST!!!!! I used to be a frequent rider with Cruise Connection until they stopped doing anything except charters:( Norman came thru and is now doing us this HUGE service of taking us to our cruise ship and picking us up...and with a smile and perfect service!!! I will use him for the rest of my cruises!! Much better and cheaper than driving and parking!!

Always on time, exceptionally courteous and THE best and safest driver I've ever encountered. Fully trust them with all my cruising terminal needs.

My recent trip with Cruise Port Connections was incredibly smooth and comfortable! The Blue bus was easy to spot and was clean and well-maintained. The driver Norman was friendly and courteous, and the departure and arrival times were precisely on schedule. I have used Wi-Fi and charging ports and especially appreciated watching on board movies, which made the long journey much more enjoyable. I would recommend Cruise Port Connection to anyone looking for reliable and comfortable bus travel.

I have been using transportation companies for years and by far Cruise Port Connections is the best and their drivers are the most Professional I have had. Norman is one of the best guys I know and is willing to do what it takes so that your trip and vacation is perfect.

Well what can I say, recently rode on the Cruise Port Connection bus to and from Port Everglades from the west coast of Florida for our recent cruise. What a wonderful experience we had. This company is so much better than other services out there. The driver has a lot of years experience and it shows. Bus was clean and comfortable. Will definitely recommend Cruise Port Connection bus to family and friends for their next cruise. Highly recommend their services. Also the ladies that handled my reservations were great!! Give them a try, you will not regret using them.

My driver was on time and made me very comfortable. The ride was smooth and we watched a movie While my phone was charging. The office staff was very kind and helpful. Will definitely book with them again in the future.
