I have been truly touched by the warmth and care shown in this beautiful home. The staff's dedication to meeting the residents' needs goes above and beyond. There are always engaging activities like music and live performances, and the food looks truly delightful. The availability of tea and biscuits in the morning and afternoon, followed by evening tea, creates a comforting and welcoming atmosphere.

Would never ever use or recommend probably the worst company I have ever contacted!

If you want to be messed about and spoken to like dirt then this is the company for you.

Feel sorry for the landlords who have put their money into these people.

I had an extremely rude estate agent and I put in a complaint because it was that bad and turns out she is the MANAGING DIRECTOR WOW! If that's who they have then no wonder the company is going down the toilet

Worst customer service I have ever known when I called to ask why my complaint hadn't been relied to I was told that they were not allowed to disclose the job title of the person I was complaining about! Never heard. At excuse before

Nearly two years ago my husband and I needed to rent after selling our house. We knew we had debts that we were going to pay as soon as we received the payment of the sale of our home. We found a lovely property we hoped to rent and explained to Crowstone our situation. They spoke to the landlord and came back to us that he was happy to accept us but we would still have to go through a credit check ( think that was the term used) it was over £200 we explained we couldn't afford to just throw money away.
Crowstone assured us that everyone knew our situ and all was happy to accept us. A few days later when we were just about to be made homeless we were told our request had been declined. Now, I know the landlord can be blamed but if makes me wonder if this was an honest move or a blatant scam, either way we were badly let down!
We have teenage son and was on our knees. Found a wonderful estate agent nearby who found us a lovely flat and we have been praised as good tenants who keep our new flat in a good order. We renovated a garden of ivy into a beautiful sunspot and are growing veg on our balcony. I'm actually glad Crowstone let us down at the 1st hurdle as if its a guide to how they treat their customers we had a lucky escape.

I used Crowstone Etates in 2012 - 2013 for a short period whilst waiting for another property to become available. They dealt with all my queries well and promptly and when a couple of things went wrong they seemed to get hold of the landlord and got things addressed. I now personally know the Landlord where I was living and they have said that they were very easy to deal with. I notice another review on here not being so complimentary but I suppose there are a lot of different landlords out there. I normally review restaurants but thought I'd try my hand at another form of reviewing. I'd recommend Crowstone to anyone in the area.

This company Crowstones Estates of London Road Westcliff-On -Sea is a joke!!!!!!! they are the real cowboys of the industry they will rip you off if they can, which they done to me, but I managed to get my money back because I knew how to how to do it professionally, I told them that what they done to me was wrong and that I would get my money back and I did.
If you rent from them and if the property develops a defect well you will just forget it as they will not do it, if they do it could take up to a year plus but that's because they are so unprofessional and what's more they just don't care. I believe the owner lives abroad so you will not be able to get him that's for sure.
All I can say is that there are a lot of other Estate Agents in and around Southend do yourself a big favor save yourself the hassle go to one of them instead
