Wow that's really prudent of you to leave such a review after we promptly replied back to you and what's the purpose of lying in the review for? As we said within the email sent to you that we have copied and pasted onto here for others to see too.

You only received your order 9 days ago. That's not 2 weeks and providing you started on the day you received them. We mention that for mushroom capsules to work within a week would be a feat in itself. We have positive reviews from people who suggest that around a 2-3month period is when they started noticing differences. Everyone is different in when something may be noticeable to them. But a week is far too soon as we said in the email. These aren't miracle workers they're mushroom capsules with polysacchrides that can take time. We didn't get any details as to what you may be expecting from these either? And as a suggestion if you are looking for something specific to look at specific mushrooms catered towards what you may be after as this is a blend of a mix of mushrooms and so quantity is going to be lower per mushroom then getting a single mushroom capsule. We also suggested mushroom powder that we offer of all types so that you can adjust the serving size to fit more to your needs you are looking for.

Yes we are certified organic of course we are... it would illegal for us to market our product's otherwise we said this in the email. There are independent lab tests you can get of course because not all products go through the same strict process as organic products do. By law we have to have the suppliers certified organic and registered and they have to be certified and accredited to UK and EU standards. All products new batches are and have to be legally tested mostly by EU organic certified who then passes that batch as organic. We then once shipped have to get authorisation from companies such as Ceres certifying bodies who give us a COI certificate that then is verified with the batch codes and numbers and tests. This then goes through to port health who reverify all measures and then it passes to us once all items are inspected before being imported. Then we have our organic certified who cross references and confirms to ceres and port health to make sure all is correct...

It's easy work if you're not organic certified.. it's optional to do any of the tests.. some do the independent tests to be sure they are not getting conned with fake or other powders. You can't do that with organic goods the process is very strict and we don't need to go to an independent lab test as they are already tested twice. And we get spot check tests by our certifier.

So we believe we are the best and what you get is what it says on the packet 😊 we just wish you wouldn't try to mark us down when we said all of this to you already and gave suggestions that we feel are very reasonable. We work very hard to get our reviews on trust pilot.

We see your order was delivered a week ago, generally speaking supplements themselves can vary from person to person and one week is quite a feat to expect changes and depending on what the changes you're looking for? As this is a blend of a range if mushrooms it incorporates all of our mushrooms into one capsule. If you are looking for specifics from a particular mushroom then it might be worth looking at the single mushrooms or the powders where you can adjust the amount to your personal preference.

General guide for most supplements is around 2-3months but again I'd dependent on what you're looking to achieve from the supplement. A lot of the mushroom blends are reported towards digestion. One week can be quite soon, we have a lot of positive feedback for the mushroom blends, we note quite a few people say around 8 weeks and such with various positives towards it.

As these are organic certified they are always tested to make sure they meet organic standards. This is EU and UK equivalent standards.
