While it's let's you back up to a 1tb…

While it's let's you back up to a 1tb for free I was shocked to discover the desktop 🖥 application that is needed to restore the data is just pretty much broken all I keep getting is error after error and I can't restore my data so it maybe safe and secure but I didn't think 🤔 I would not be able to access it in my particular case a critical drive failure I had high hopes and put my faith and trust in this service but now as I can't access my own data I hope this error I'm getting "error exit code 2" is resolved as this would be a really useful service but at the moment they've got my data store with no way of retrieving it 😔
