Have used this survey site for a few years. Am still very pleased to make a bit of shopping money back from completing their surveys. Customer service personnel are also very helpful.

Failed Payment
I applied for a payment on 20th May 2024 and again the payment was shown as pending until 3rd June when it shows as failed.Again I have been referred to Cint ref "571901197 Panel Payment 125 10.00 GBP 2024-05-20 11:10 Panel payment Failed Tremendous GBP".This seems to happen each time I apply for a payment and is most Unsatisfactory.
Strangely at 8.55 this morning 4/6/2024 I have received an email enclosing the gift certificate.
I am applying for a further payment today and hopefully this will be paid without question to enable me to upgrade my eexperience.
Since Caroline became involved with my complaints I am pleased to confirm that the position has improved considerably and hopefully this will continue when further payments are requested.

Unable to log into my account
I cashed out £5 on 21st May 2024, and expecting payment into my PayPal account. Then today, I tried several times to log into my Crowdology account, and it keeps saying that my email address/password is not recognized even though my account details have not changed at all.
I then tried resetting the password but each time I tried, it didn't respond, just like my account never existed.
I'm very unhappy about this, as I liked doing the surveys. I've sent a message to Crowdology explaining the issue which I received a support number: 124952. This is very frustrating.
Since my review, I received an email from Crowdology saying that I need to contact CINT as they’re not able to help with my queries. So, I filled out a CINT form, as provided by Crowdology, explaining my queries and this was done on 24th May 2024 but I’ve not had any response from CINT or Crowdology. So, I still have not received the £5 payment owed and still unable to access my account.
I’ve tried again today, 6th June, to log into my account at Crowdology, following Caroline’s reply, but it still hasn’t been reinstated even though CINT had emailed me today that this had been done. It’s still an issue.

Customer services takes it personally
As you can see from the reviews down below how Caroline takes things personally.
Other sites have screening out issues but the customer services are amazing and very professional unlike crowdology so please stay away from this site as Caroline takes it personally when you point out the facts.
This site is dodgy so be careful

Excluded
I am invited and reminded to enter surveys on a daily basis and yet I hardly ever manage to complete one as I am either screened out before answering an initial question or being excluded during the survey. It is very frustrating and I am thinking of leaving once I have accrued enough points to achieve a reward.

Cint have now lifted the ban that I was somehow placed under but still cannot log in. Have emailed Crowdology no response. No doubt they will threaten to have this review removed if I don't provide them with my details ( which I already have)

Nothing but a scam
Don't waste your time with the surveys as they don't pay out. Tell you to wait for rewards email but never receive it. They can't say it's an incorrect email cos I recieve several emails a day with surveys from them. Scam company

Houston...we have a major problem
Houston...we have a major problem! Like many other UK users below, there's something seriously wrong at Crowdology UK. Since the start of 2024, surveys have, without warning, completely stopped. No invitations. Nothing. Try logging into your account? You get an error message saying 'Please try again — email or password is wrong'. Ummm...no it isn't! Try contacting Crowdology 'support'. You'll receive an auto-reply within seconds with your support ticket number and a promise to contact you within '5 working days'. Guess what? Well over '5 working days' later, no response from 'support'. Nothing. Zilch. Nada. So, in summary: No surveys. No notifications. Unable to log in to the website. No response from Crowdology 'support'. As they state on their website: 'We reserve the right to terminate your account and/or cease to operate the Crowdology platform and provide access to services on the Crowdology platform at any time immediately and without cause and with or without notice'. Which looks to be exactly what Crowdology has done! I'd urge anyone who reads this to be EXTREMELY careful dealing with Crowdology.
Update 1: I eventually received an e-mail reply from Crowdology support (dated 18/03/2024) 13 days later. As other reviewers have already reported many times, Crowdology support said it was nothing to do with them. My account had been 'flagged' by CINT (no explanation/reason why, no evidence to support their decision, etc, etc). Crowdology said it was all CINT's fault and nothing to do with Crowdology. If I wished to ask CINT to review their decision, I'd have to contact CINT personally. Crowdology supplied the CINT contact e-mail address and I've requested a 'review' from CINT....I'll update if I ever receive a reply from CINT!
Update 2: I e-mailed CINT on 18/03/24. I received a lengthy reply 26/03/24 stating in part, '...following a thorough review of your account and associated activities, our team has decided to reinstate your panelist account'. The CINT e-mail neither states what it was that I did that was wrong, nor when I did whatever that was wrong. I tried to log in to my Crowdology UK account after receipt of CINT account re-instatement but was unsuccessful. For anyone else reading this, you will not be able to log in to your Crowdology UK account until Crowdology support supplies you with a special 're-validate account' hyperlink to re-set your p/w. This was done the same day by Crowdology support. Summary: my CINT account has been re-instated as has my Crowdology UK account. I still have no idea what it was and when it was that I did something that was wrong!

254 SURVEYS, diamond
Crowdology, through Caroline, is making false claims. I’ve checked my account and the balance is £0, so no refund was made.
It’s frustrating that I can’t upload proof here, as it turns everything into claims vs. claims instead of facts. Trustpilot should allow evidence to prevent this.
Edit: I have not received any money nor do I have access to my account.
Response to Caroline: Does it make sense to you that over 60 of my surveys have been flagged after months of being a top surveyor? Suddenly, they decide not to compensate me for the hours I’ve spent working and answering questions truthfully. How is it possible that every single one of the last 60+ surveys was flagged? I believe you’re aware that this is part of a larger scam, and karma doesn’t overlook such actions. You are directly involved in this. Good luck with your job, because it seems that scamming people is exactly what you do.
I see you’ve included some of your emails in your response. Should I also start pasting the dozens of emails I’ve sent you that have gone unanswered?
Dealing with Crowdlogy has been a headache from the beginning. Every time I've requested a payout, I've had to chase them down, and even then, it took over a month to receive my payment. They now owe me money since November, citing supposed quality issues flagged by Cint for all of my surveys as an excuse to withhold payment. They've gone as far as removing all funds from my account, and they've failed to provide the extra bonus promised for tests taken in December.
Their claim that 100% of my surveys were flagged raises serious doubts about their competence. Do they even know how MANY surveys I had to take for that money? Countless hours, all for a modest increase in income due to rising living costs and personal challenges. I've repeatedly requested EVIDENCE to support their claims but received nothing in return.
With a bachelor's degree in communication and 15 years of diverse work experience, I expected to be compensated for my professionalism. Crowdlogy has proven to be the worst survey company I've ever encountered. Dealing with them has been nothing short of painful, and I strongly advise against anyone considering working with them.

Joined last week
Joined last week, redeemed my £4 and they said they'd email me soon and I haven't had an email.
Not sure what the process is on receiving your rewards to PayPal but it didn't even ask my PayPal details.
