Great customer service and speedy delivery of products

A first class service from start to finish with only a 48 hour wait for my products to be delivered once ordered and easy to follow tracking information supplied by a great company.

Our order was delivered the next day although they said it could be 2-6 working days! Fab :)

We thought that the delivery of the hedging took rather a long time considering that we only live 30 minutes away and it would have been good if we could have collected from your premises, however, the quality of the product is excellent and has now been planted and we are looking forward to a lovely hedge. The trees are excellent, very competitivly priced just a lack of clarity about how long it will take to despatch. The actual delivery was also excellent.

Great price and very quick delivery

I ordered a small bird bath which arrived quickly, no issues at all.

A bit disappointed at just how small the bird bath is. A better description on the website would be a good idea so I would have known exactly how small 'small' was!

Super communication and service

The only reason for docking one star is selling on ebay as the last item and then putting a fresh one up as the last item. I wanted 2 and thought I could only get one . Ordered that thinking I would have to get another elsewhere only for it still to be available the next day.
