My boiler had stopped working and I called as soon as they opened at 9am on Saturday morning. Someone was round to inspect my boiler by midday and confirmed my options for replacing parts or a new boiler. I opted for a new boiler and this was installed three days later. Croston Plumbing and Heating were a pleasure to deal with and made the whole process really easy.

Called into the showroom after looking online as prefer to deal face to face.
Fi was delightful and so helpful and even though we weren’t ready to order straight away knew we wouldn’t be going anywhere else.
Called back in to order again with Fi and was so easy.
Realised an item was missing upon delivery and Fi was on annual leave but was promptly and efficiently resolved with her colleague.
Absolute 5* service and we now know where to go for all future plumbing needs.

The first pump that was delivered from Croston made peculiar noises. Croston resolved the problem although it did take a while as they had to go back to the pump manufacturer as it was a faulty pump. However they didn’t ask for payment until the problem was fully resolved and kept in touch with me throughout the process. Their response to the problem was good but it did take a while to resolve with the manufacturer

Used them a few years ago to replace my toilet which they did a fantastic job. End of 2025 the seat broke. Through my own fault. I scouysrounf trying to obtain a new one, but every one told me it was obsolete. Went to Croston plumbing and heating who supplied the original.
Who managed to sort me one after going above and beyond. Really good company. Always there to help.
