We raised an enquiry for a office upgrade. We had an initial conversation about our requirements and went through the effort to send images and requested information. Following this we got radio silence from this company and did not respond to any further follow ups or emails. They obviously do not want our business!

Clearly your experience shows our team that when our pre-sales department is exceptionally busy, and when this is combined with unplanned staff absence, early-stage pre-sales enquiries are at risk of falling off the radar.

Crossover AV first upgraded and expanded our existing delivery in the largest of our conference spaces in 2017. They next did the same for our penthouse meeting rooms in 2018.
