I took my kit car to this garage…

I took my kit car to this garage because they carry out work on rally cars sometimes, so I thought that it would be ideal for them to work on my car.

Even though Graham agreed to do the work on the car brakes, when he couldn't fix it in the first session he then prioritised other car work ahead of mine. He then had the gall to text me on several occasions to say he could do with my car out of his garage as soon as possible, even though he hadn't fully carried out the work. I recognise that it eventually needed a bit of diagnostics and a refurbished master cylinder, but he had the car for nearly two months!

When he said he it was finally ready for me to drive it away I tried to put the handbrake on and it wouldn't work. Graham admitted that, although they had reinstalled the cable, he hadn't adjusted it. He really didn't seem too bothered!

All told, I was charged for 10 hours work, but as far as I am concerned he really couldn't justify it.

Overall, I have rarely felt less valued as a customer.
