Not only did my order take longer than expected to be delivered. It is missing 5 different colours, I have emailed and was asked to provide proof of what was received which I have done. Since then I have had no response. No Contact number. I am very disappointed.

Non existent customer service.
Only given 1 star as can't give nil! Company have posted fraudulent tracking information and refuse to answer any emails. We have been waiting 2 weeks since they advised they had dispatched this item for delivery! Avoid like plague!

Fantastic Personalised Criss Stitch
Great product - the image was created into an excellent cross stitch and printed into the fabric to help creating. All we need to complete it is included too. Great communication throughout the process - answering questions despite it being just days before Christmas. Thanks

No phone number and no replies to…
No phone number and no replies to contact emails. tracking link sent doesn’t work, have tried tracking number on Hermes, yodel, Royal Mail, DPD and ups none of which recognise the number.
