Crocs.ca Ruined Christmas !!!

Crocs.ca is the worst run business I've ever had to deal with. They literally ruined my families Christmas! We placed an order on the last day, prior to the advertised deadline to receive your product before Christmas. To our horror the order was canceled the next day due to an "unexpected error"! A 20% discount code was offered and we were encouraged via email to reorder our item. Seeing as only one day had passed, we reordered and hoped for the best that it arrive in time. Once again, the next day, we received the calculation email that our order had been canceled due to an "unexpected error" with the same resolution offered. This time we opted to phone in to the call center and speak to someone on the phone to rectify the situation. After waiting on hold for over 30 minutes, a very helpful representative answered and able to explain that there had been an error with the website inventory and despite appearing to be in stock, the item we had ordered was actually sold out. He offered to assist us with another order for a different item that he confirmed was in stock, and offered 2 day expedited shipping for free to ensure we still received our item prior to Christmas. With his assistance, we placed the order a third time, glad to finally be on track! YET AGAIN, the following day we received the same familiar cancelation email and resolution offer. Now December 20th and too late to receive anything prior to Christmas we once again called the CROCS call center and received the same speil about an inventory error, explanation that items move fast close to Christmas accompanied by and offer to assist with an order for another item, this time with no offer for free expedited shipping or suggestion that we might receive anything prior to Christmas. Then in the same sentence the representative told us the item that we had ordered and had been canceled, was now ACTUALLY IN STOCK and we could order it again! I think we'd be fools to believe a CROCS employee yet again. We now have 3 credit card authorizations outstanding on our card, impacting our available funds and need to go out last minute shopping to look for an alternative Christmas gift.

Stay away from shopping on this website, we will never deal with CROCS again!!

Thanks for ruining Christmas CROCS!

Crocs.ca extremely slow return/refunds. Returned delivery date June 28, no refund as of July 20. Had to contact them via chat, says it will take another 5-10 business days. Get your chit together, refunds don't take 30 business days.

Impossible return policy!

Ordered mens size 10, was sent womens 10. Reordered and paid for both.
Tried to return wrong size which they admitted was their mistake but I had to pay the $20 shipping!!
Two days of frustration dealing with robots, phone on hold forever, agent with poor English who claimed no one available in North America. Never again Crocs!

Love my Crocs

I have only ordered on line 1x, bought all others in store. No issues with on line purchase. I just placed an order for Father’s Day so I’ll see. I can’t say enough about Crocs. I have been wearing the sandals for 20 years. They are most comfortable shoes! I wore a pair of Naot sandals walking around all day one vacation and my legs ached. I can wear croc sandals all day and my feet and legs don’t hurt. I have MULTIPLE sandals and regular crocs. Between my daughter (RN), husband, and I, we have probably 20 different pairs in this household lol

Customer service 0 points. Easy returns 0 points. Overall experience 1 point.
The delivery itself was good.

If you were lucky and got exactly what you wanted you will have no issues. If you needed to reach customer service or initiate a return, you will have sone difficulty since Crocs does not make it easy for you.
I was able to print my packing slip but no additional help to be found on the site or in the emails. I had to go to Reddit to find the return address to send the item back to. I have never heard of this.
This is also the only store I have made a purchase online from for over $100 that does not pay for your returns.
I have no idea when I will receive my refund but I don’t have high hopes. It’s been over 10 days so I will have to stay hopeful.
I will never purchase from Crocs Canada again and do not recommend it either.

Least intelligent humans ever

Least intelligent humans ever! I placed an order almost a week ago, I called 2 days ago asking when it will ship or cancel it. They won't cancel and don't know why it hasn't shipped. I called again today they still don't know why it never shipped and I haven't received an email nothing. I have now blocked them from access on my Paypal account and the authorization is dropped. Never ordering from them again.

Free returns not actually free

I found 'free returns' to be entirely misleading, as you still have to pay the postage to make the return and this is not refunded. So on a $50 pair of Crocs I had to pay $25. Won't shop there again.

They sell your contact info to…

They sell your contact info to scammers, including your full name, address, telephone number. Expect scam text messages from "UPS" asking for small amounts to have your package delivered (it's a scam, not really UPS). Then expect another scam text message offering you a "price adjustment". On top of that, they refused to refund even over a month after they received the product back according to Canada Post tracking. Buy beware do not trust them.

Crazy story, worst service, HORRIBLE site.

Finally after a month long trying to track down my order, it arrived! But to no surprise - the order was WRONG. Completely different size and style of crocs I originally ordered. I called crocs and waited on their online chat simultaneously to try and get a hold of their customer service. While I waited (an hour and a half) I went to the mall for some last minute gifts and FINALLY while I was there, I got through on crocs online chat. I explained my issue and the agent was extremally rude (his name was Gabriel) demanding I send him a photo of the incorrect order, luckily, I had taken one before I left my house because I had a feeling they'd ask for proof. I sent the photo I had that was clearly taken in my kitchen BUT, the customer service rep demanded I send a photo with me giving a thumbs up in the photo so he knew it wasn't a random googled image. The issue was, I wasn't home because it took over an hour to get through to their reps and I have better things to do with my life than sit around and wait. So I explained that I was at the mall and not near the order and also pleaded my photo was not fake and explained I wouldn't be home for a long time and didn't want to wait hours AGAIN to get through to send a photo with a thumbs up. The agent refused to accept this and said he couldn't help me if I didn't send a photo of the incorrect order with my thumbs up. I was absolutely appalled by his behaviour and his inability to help me especially after the month long shipping headaches all of their customers have been going through. I was able to call my mother while struggling to keep the chat open so I didn't lose my spot in line and I was able to get her to take another photo of the incorrect crocs with her thumbs up and sent it to the crocs rep. After about an hour of this experience, he finally deemed this appropriate and re-ordered my original crocs. I demanded expedited shipping and he refused and closed the chat on me. Later when I got home, I waited for the customer service chat again (over an hour!!) and a much nicer rep was able to confirm the order was being resent and she expedited it. The issue now is that since they replaced the order on the back end, I don't have a tracking number until it ships and even though it was expedited on dec. 22, it of course still has not shipped. Today I reached out to customer service another painful time and they said their warehouse is backed up and they have no idea when my order will actually ship. So, over a month later I am still croc-less and my brother hasn't got a Christmas gift from me this year.

This has been an absolute nightmare of a process, but to make matters worse, some of their reps are completely off side and make the experience even worse. Needless to say, I will not be buying crocs from this website ever again and am rethinking my value of the brand as a whole.

If you're struggling with your order right now be prepared for full email inboxes and bounced back emails, rude service, incorrect fulfillment on orders and MAJOR delays.

Moral of the story... Stay far away from this site! Buy them in store if you have to.

Crocs Canada sucks

Ordered Nov 8,2022 now it's Dec 27,2022 and still nothing, but hey they did send me a email saying they missed up here spend $40 and get $20 off on us. Hello I still haven't got my first $100 order. My order was a xmas gift, but you know showing my childs a picture was just as special, Crocs Canada is garbage and never again will I order from them.

DONT LET THEM PLAY YOU.

I know you've read 20 reviews like this, but here is another one.
Ordered two pairs Cyber Monday. Contacted customer service three times over three weeks asking for updates. Each time, I received an automated reply assuring me my product would arrive on time for Christmas. On the fourth occasion of me contacting them, I begged for a human response. I was told orders were delayed, nothing could be done. He offered me 40% off and free shipping on a future order. NEVER RECEIVED. Got and email the previous day asking me to rate my order. This is an email normally sent once product has SHIPPED.
Contacted a fifth time where I was told order would ship before Christmas, and would ship overnight.
Order shipped UPS standard, and to this day (December 27) I still dont have my package.
You cant cancel your order until you have received it. You cant email them, you cant call in and speak to them. You have to wait in line for a chat (minimum 30min wait). In short, NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. EVER. Save yourself the trouble and buy them from a store.

I am now boycotting Crocs forever, and telling everyone I know about this experience. Just take one scroll through any of their social media posts, and you will see hundreds of people having the same issues. You will also see Crocs ignoring every single one of them. I was guaranteed delivery by Christmas, and it has still not shipped on Christmas Eve.

ABSOLUTELY NOT RELIABLE

I ordered on November 27th and still haven't received my order. The only gift I have for my 13 year boy, as I couldn't afford anything more, I am extrmely saddened that my boy will not be getting a Christmas gift this year as Crocs Canada would not give me a refund to be able to purchase another gift. There is no excuse, as when I ordered, there were no shipment delays. Today, as of December 24th, my order still has not been shipped. Hopefully, you all at Crocs Canada never have to feel the anxiety or emotional sadness you have caused me as a mother.

Crocs is a horrible company to order…

Crocs is a horrible company to order online from. I ordered crocs for gifts for 2 people and the order is still being processed. I have called in twice in the past 2 weeks and they assured me my order would be delivered before Christmas. It still says processing. Long wait times on the phone as well. About an hour each time. Everything ok in there Crocs? You have 20 pages of the same complaint ???

Dubious Customer Service Practices

Ordered crocs for my family from Crocs.ca's Black Friday event. They took my money and sent a confirmation email. Almost 2 whole weeks go by (we are now at zero hour for Christmas delivery), and I never got a shipping update so I decide to reach out. After calling and getting a "We are busy with other callers, please call back *Click*" when I called, and no response via email for 48 hours I decided to use their "chat" function; "You are number 78 in line"... After about an hour wait I finally was being transferred to "Chat" with a human being. They gave me the "due to high volume" line, which sure I can understand; Maybe they thought they wouldn't sell any plastic shoes during Black Friday, but 2 weeks no ship? please. I asked to cancel the order, to which they responded they could request a cancellation but if the shipping department has already slated my order for shipping, it would not be possible to cancel. I have heard lines similar to this before. Of course the next day I receive an email that after 2 weeks, miraculously, the shipping department has removed their heads from their collective asses and my order is shipping TODAY and therefore cannot be cancelled! hooray, they should arrive just in time for New Years? maybe? Super slimy tactics of customer service at play at Crocs(dot)com/ca. Avoid like the plague.

*EDIT* 5 days have now elapsed since they said they were shipping them, it is now Christmas Day, still not shipped. stay tuned.

*EDIT #2* I can't believe I'm writing this on JANUARY 10th, but the tracking number they sent about 10 days ago still says "shipping label created, awaiting shipment." yeesh.

Worst company ever

If I could give negative star rating I would. I ordered my son's crocs on November 28th, it is now December 19th, I have not received them. After 2 weeks I sent an email and to date have not received a response. I called them on Dec 12th and was told my pur have was packaged but just needed to be shipped and that any item purchased before Dec 5rh was guaranteed delivery before Christmas. If it was not shipped with in a week I was to call back. Today I called back, I was on hold for 2 hours and 32 minutes before getting through. I also tried their live chat feature which put me around 66th person in line when ever I gor to 20thbperosnbin line it crashed. So I talked to an individual telling me that I will receive 50% off but no guarantee on when I will receive them, and that there are warehouse and shipping issues, and that if I wanted it for Christmas I should have ordered 2 months in advance. I have ordered many things right up until Dec 12th and have received them all from both American and Canadian companies, this is the only company screwing its customers and blaming shipping. Everyone else is having no issues shipping. Worst company ever.

WHERE is my order crocs??????? Ordered on November 25 2022 and order still processing!!! I can’t contact anyone, I can’t cancel! 3 ppl in my family asked crocs as gifts and I have no idea if those gifts will come before Christmas!!! Im so frustrated!!!
