Loved the no pushy sales chat, the tech surveyor was reassuring with my concerns which were quickly put bed.
On fitting day I received a curtesy call to say they would be with me shortly. Spot on with arrival. Justin and Danny worked hard and only stopping for comfort breaks. Their attention to detail was 1st class, their professionalism was a credit to them and left my premises clean and tidy. Great job lads thank you.

I needed a remote controlled garage door because I intend to be able to charge an electric car .The ordering was easy ,the surveyor was helpful and informative ,the fitters Mark and Paul were professional but friendly and effiecient ,great service altogether .

I already have but I’ll say it again,Mark and Paul did a great job on our new electric roller shutter garage door , everything very just so even down to the last job of the mastic finish around the plastic cloaking .Both of them very pleasant to talk to and explained how it all worked,All in all a great job thanks .Diane and Paulin .

The ordering and measuring up visits were on time and well explained. The day of fitting was again punctual and the two lads Paul and Paul were very polite and thorough and showed me the working of the garage door before leaving. Thanks everyone involved

We have had our Winter Garden completed today of sides and front. The hottest day of the year and the team of Chris, Jake and Jack were amazing to do such an incredible job in the heat of the day.
Completed on the day cleaned, tidied, explained everything even picking up on minor details before they left. Credit to the company and couldn't recommend them any higher. Thanks Cathy and Stu.

The guys (Paul and Paul) who fitted our garage roller door worked very hard, were very polite and fully in tune with what we required.

Garage door booking
Got a booking which was fine and got a confirmation on a surveyor to come out.
The surveyor phoned before hand and I was told that he could not come anymore because it needed myself and my wife present as I was currently on my way to work.
He was very rude on the phone and made me angry for the rest of the day.
I would not recommend them to anyone.

As I work in costumer service you need to make sure that your surveyors are nice to people, as it's them that will get the sale at the end of the day.

I did phone the office and speak to a nice manager lady which offered to help, but at that point it was too late.

The crocodile door fitters Paul and Paul were on time, did'nt stop for drinks got on with the job, when they finished everything was clean and tidy, and they demonstarated the door workings. took the old garage door away. Very professional and quick. Grteat job.

The lads Jay and Daz turned up on time as planned as well as the trucker explaining what to expect throughout the fitting of our veranda they both worked extremely hard during the latest heatwave didn’t complain one bit and were very polite throughout. Fed and watered them well with treats to keep them happy. Would highly recommended Crocodile as we’re very pleased either our purchase.

Excellent electric garage door with matching upvc surrounds. The whole process from the salesman, dealing with the company and the actual installation were all first class.
The 2 fitters, Mark & Paul, were very professional and polite. The finished door was exceptionally neat. They left the area spotless on departure.

Very pleased with the service provided by Crocodile. Survey carried out quickly and install date agreed without any fuss whatsoever. The installation of the roller door was carried out by Mark and Paul in a very professional, friendly and competent manner and to my complete satisfaction. They fully explained the workings of the new door and left my garage and driveway area in a spotless condition, removing all rubbish. Very happy with the quality of the door and ancillary workings and I'm more than happy to recommend the Company to others.

Had my garage door replaced by Crocodile today, 24 6 26. Very pleased with the product and the excellent team, Ricardo, John and another guy, didn't catch his name. They removed the old garage door and left the area very tidy. I would definitely recommend!

I had a 5* experience from the moment i contacted the company. They were very helpful, professional and informative. Every engineer that visited on site was friendly and punctual. I would especially like to mention the 2 engineers that installed my winter garden, Vasile and Vladimir. The installation was scheduled for 3 days but they managed to install it in 1.5 days which was perfect. A big thank you to you all

Having purchased a replacement manual override for a 2006 installation of a garage door, and not understanding how to use it, Steve C from the company was amazing in how quickly he set it up and explained how to operate it. A first-class service and would recommend anytime.

Paul and Paul from crocodile were great today whilst fitting our new garage door. They arrived very early and were finished within a few hours. We already have a veranda from these guys which we are exceptionally pleased with, now a garage door which we are really pleased with. The guys were polite, explained everything well and left without any mess. Took our old door too. Highly recommend if you’ve not used these guys before.
