My wife and I recently visited CRJewelers at the Boca Raton International Jewelry exchange. When we arrived, Ina greeted us with a smile and offered to assist us. We looked at a few rings and decided to purchase one. Both Ina and the owner assisted in the sales process (and offered us a "special price" to close the deal). Needless to say, the ring is absolutely fabulous, the price was "on point" and the friendly demeaner / professionalism of both Ina and the owner was enough to ensure that we will be shopping there again around Christmas time!

There are just superior in what they do.....we ordered a very nice jewelry for my grandma and it was delivered just like it was seen in the picture...Keep Soaring High.

On a trip to the jersey gardens mall we decided we would stop by and check out new wedding bands for my husband . The staff was knowledgeable and courteous. We found a ring and walked Around to other shops . Needless to say we didn't find anything to match the quality and price . We needed it sized and because we live in DE the manager offered to mail it . Wonderful experience !!

Excellent service. Patient with me as I made my decision. No pressure sales which made me come back 30 minutes later to make my purchase. Had to think about it and the gentleman that helped me and my husband was excellent.

I went to CR Jewlers to get a chain fixed. They fixed it in a day for $20 which was fine! So I tossed the receipt thinking that was that! Well, it broke again a few days later so I took it back. I told them I just had it fixed here. They asked for the receipt I had thrown away. I asked if they had the white copy of the hand written receipt that they keep and gave me the yellow carbon copy (also tossed in the trash). For whatever reason they didn't have it and without proof, charged me another $20. Ok fine, whatever. They told me it would also have to break in the same spot for it to be free. I'm not counting links over here and it's my boyfriend's chain. How would I know? I bring it home and give it to him, and what happens?! It breaks again! In another spot! With us having to pay $20 every time just to fix it, I think we're just gonna get a new chain.

I stopped here because I honestly thought it was a different store. There were some sales going on and I quickly noticed the pushy saleswoman. I decided on a pair of earrings and asked for military discount since it was advertised. the saleswoman said "I already gave you everything we have" which I didn't believe because how could she give me a military discount without asking for an ID. I also didn't like how the item I took home was the display. Overall the price was fairly inexpensive, quality ok but I won't come back to this store.

I couldn't be happier with my experience. I love my new ring, they were soo helpful!

Carla at your Coral Springs Mall store has been very helpful in finding a replacement wedding ring for me. I lost my ring and was very sad because I didn't know if I would be able to find one similar to my ring. With all of her and her managers help, they found a band identical to mine. Salesperson genuinely interested in selling good quality gold bracelet. Not afraid to compare items. It is said : You get what you pay for. Still true today.
