Results not that 'thoughtful' as they claim.
DON'T TRUST a 'survey-maker' / 'insights' company who as a first screening page waste respondents time by asking silly questions to make panellists finally tick the box "I'm ready to complete a survey and provide useful feedback", and this after a photo-captcha login!
By the time I get to this last option ("...provide useful feedback") I have already wasted time, and I have not even gone through the screening part of the survey, and so I feel already fed up and not any more in a good mood to provide 'thoughtful answers'! This happens to me and I know happened to others, time is precious also for respondents!!
There are other fairer and cleverer ways to keep respondents interested and ensure their full attention on any given survey, and Critical Mix pre-screening choice is NOT one of these, on the contrary, a complete lack of respect and consideration toward respondents!
As a consequence, results may also not be that 'thoughtful' as they claim!
