The lights are beautiful, the customer service is outstanding; they responded promptly whenever I had any questions which I did have as one bit broke in transport (fortunately Cristalleria Murano provides additional bits in the original shipment exactly for this reason!). For installation there are useful YouTube videos from themselves in addition to the guidance you receive. Top good old Italian reputation product and company! Grazie mille!

Our four sconces are beautiful! The packaging was incredible, and everything arrived intact. Installation and assembly was very easy and intuitive, and the sconces were wired for the US as requested. Customer service was prompt in addressing all of our pre-order questions. I'm trying to find more places in my house for additional pieces!

Incredible artists, beautiful chandelier for my daughter’s bedroom, and incredible customer service and secure shipping to US. With all the endless questions I had, I received very timely answers via WhatsApp texts. When one of the cups on the chandelier arrived with a crack, we were told to take measurements as everything is handmade and less than a month later (today) a free replacement in perfect condition arrived. Thank you so much for beautiful craftsmanship and amazing customer service! We will be ordering more in the future!

Very difficult to install as it comes in more than 40 pieces. I had to pay someone to do it. Some pieces had defects. No answer from Customer service. Also no invoice provided while asked many times. I would never recommend this company
