SCAMMED ME BEWARE OF CIC
stole my money
exchanged $195 in btc to usdc and they marked it as completed and did not send the funds

They stall , they scam, they lie. Provided all documents and still am being denied and told to show more proof. $9.8k gone just like that, I am filing with the cyber police about this bad act over in Chile aswell to get to the bottom of this.

I am writing to report a bad act committed by the online cryptocurrency exchanger Criptointercambio.com
Chronology of events and details of the incident:
Date my funds were blocked : April 24, 2025.
Amount of damage: 3.08 ETH .
The transaction was through Exodus wallet, which sent it to Criptointercambio.com exchanger for processing.

After receiving my funds, the exchanger blocked the transaction. I was asked for personal data for “verification”, which was provided fully and immediately, as well as I provided the contract of sale.

After three months of delays (in early July 2025) the exchanger offered to refund only a part of the funds - 1.13 ETH, withholding $5500 without any clear justification. I did not agree.

After my rejection of the partial refund, the exchanger stopped giving meaningful responses, limiting themselves to boilerplate phrases about “reviewing the case”.
Now in response to my claims they started to ask me to take actions directed to the person whom I have seen several times in my life, they ask me to find him and make him undergo KYC!
I contacted Exodus wallet support and the hosting provider of the site (Cloudflare), but it did not lead to a resolution of the situation. I also found out that this exchanger is registered in Chile (I do not know how reliable it is, but I have already written to the cyber police in Chile). I think if all the victims of this exchanger write a report to the police, there may be a result, the main thing is not to be lazy.

Criptointercambio – more like Robo-intercambio. My funds have been trapped since 12 March 2025 (Transaction ID: 5douawhw0k810tth) despite full KYC. Their “support” is nothing but copy-paste lies on repeat. Cancel the swap — it’s my money, not your property.
In Spain they say “dime de qué presumes y te diré de qué careces” — they brag about being an exchange, but lack the basics: honesty. This isn’t business, it’s straight-up theft dressed in compliance. Authorities should shut down this circus of scammers.

ROSE LANE(GP) swiftly addressed my issue with this site and got back my losses.

I thought they were dependable, until a failed trade turned into endless document requests and empty promises from them. The refund never came. Now i don't have access to my money.
I value stability, and century &Hundred has given me just that. I'm happy with the progress and how withdrawals came through in time.

These people which there no info about them they hijack your funds when you are swiping on exodus.

They ask you for invasive KYC to stall to give your funds. Im working law enforcement now to get them.

Do not trust these people. They are exodus’ in wallet exchange and they will steal your money!! I have submitted KYC/AML and they have stalled giving me my money for 40+ days!! There has been no resolution and no explanation. I will be having my lawyers reach out next!

These were some of the longest and stressful days of uncertainty... I've ever experienced!!! On 20th of March, 2025, I made a swap through Changelly, but my funds were locked for over 4 months - (OrderID: enmw4nu8t3qqh1li). Support kept going in circles, so last week I decided to contact stealthgate.app, for help. They stepped in and finally got it resolved.

p.s Funds were refunded, though I recover only $314K out of the original $321k SWAP.

I had been using the platform seamlessly for little conversions for ETH to BTC, the transactions were below $300, I thought all was fine dandy, but the problem began when I decided to convert 0.5BTC to ETH, they froze my funds, and told me to submit KYC, even after submitting KYC my account remains on hold, I got in contact with M4DR LTD, they got in contact with CIC expedited the case, and i got my funds released, do the same if you are in the same boat

GETTING MY MONEY OUT SEEMED IMPOSSIBLE BUT THE EFFICIENT WORK OF "GREYFOOTS" GOT ME OUT OF THIS MESS.

I provided KYC and it was verified and approved as I am not a criminal. They asked for proof of where the transaction initiated and from where, I provided that with bank statement and proof from another exchange that had already done my KYC. Now, they are just stalling and send me this:

and to what I believe to be hashes. Exodus is using this third party to do their transactions even though they have a terrible rating with claims of robbery. Avoid them at all cost, because even their page is low grade and suspicious. And who gives these companies the authority to hold funds?? where do the funds go if they "decide" not to return it?? who oversees these authoritarians??

Will not return $270,000 U S Dollars of mine due to uncompleted swap. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this company. Scammers and Cheaters.

I exchanged ether to monero and it glitched on the exodus app and my etherium was send to a wrong wallet around 17 etherium a large sum I was scared my money went missing contacted exodus they told me to contact Cripto Intercambio as they deal with exchanges they responded quick and confirmed my wallet address to forward funds to they confirmed money was sent then for hours I didn't recieve anything I was scared as monero transactions are untraceable on the block I kept emailing them and they confirmed it was sent but it was my mistake as monero wallet wasn't synced on exodus you have to stay on the app for hours for it to sync as soon as it synced my monero was availble thank god I don't understand why people are writing such bad reviews my experience has been good my money could of went missing but it arrived at the destination address in the end so this company has a 5 star rating from me

I hope this service will be an intensive target for all hackers around the world and will be explosive in popularity
