A total waste of money
A total waste of money. They say you can use corn tortillas instead of flour. It did not work on corn tortilla. I'm not a fan of flour tortillas. All this product does is mangle the tortillas and doesn't always seal properly. Way too many steps. Fill tortilla, put the entire plastic sealer in microwave (not a fan of microwaving plastic) then seal it and heat it after all these steps. A total waste of money and time. Mine is in the trash. Not even good for donating. It's a P.O.S.

I bought the Crimpit for wraps for my son for Christmas He has used it almost every day since. I have also used it and have found it easy to use and easy to keep clean.
Occasionally, the crimping comes apart slightly, but the wrap still holds together. Thank you!

A well made item that feels like it will last for years.
I bought 3 different Crimpits when there was a great offer on. One for large wraps, one for mini wraps and one for bread toasties. They are all well made and feel like quality materials were used and that they will last for years. I use the one for mini wraps the most. I use it for quick snacks, using up leftovers like Bolognese sauce with a little extra cheese sprinkled in and then heated in my air fryer. The one for large wraps is great for keeping all the filling in when used for packed lunches and picnics. My favourite filling so far has been a prawn cocktail with lots of fresh crispy iceberg lettuce. All kept safely inside the wrap by the excellent crimp seal.

It's a waste of good money
It's a waste of good money. Half the nation knows how to wrap a tortilla into a burrito, or fold a tortilla into a quesadilla. These crimpits don't evebfit popular brand tortilla
The other half isn't interested.
I gave my Crimpit to our church for the Spring "garage" sale.
I would never recommend this product to anyons

I am sorry to hear you were disappointed with your device, the Large Crimpit has been designed for use with 10-12" tortillas, however if you find they are not the perfect size you can still just position them on the teeth rather than the middle and manually fold so the edges align before crimping.

We recommend to use the Warburtons toasty loaf, it's the perfect size so no waste! :)
Do not buy!
It arrived in good time before Christmas. Unfortunately it does not work. You have to put it in the Microwave before to seal it. Not clear on website when they put on 4 step instructions. No mention! We don't have a microwave and customer service told me via email to wet it to seal it. What a faff! If you don't do this it just rips the tortilla. Also it does not fit the size of tortillas we buy so you get waste.
I'm trying to arrange a full refund of the crimpit but am struggling. They want me to pay for the return meaning I will only get £5.40 refund. Disgusting!

Thank you for your feedback Rachel, you can also use a little water on the edges before crimping instead of the microwave step, this will ensure the tortillas are soft enough to crimp.

Sorry to hear there is an issue with your Crimpit, please ensure the below steps are being followed exactly as written to ensure the perfect seal.
1, place your tortilla, fresher the better on the CRIMPiT device and add your fillings on top.
2, place the whole device + loaded tortilla into the microwave for 20 seconds whilst still open.
3, remove the device from the microwave and crimp, allow up to 5 seconds for the tortilla to cool in this crimped position.
4, hold the device in one hand and tip out into your other hand or a worksurface. Do not pick the crimped parcel out with your fingers as it can damage the seal.
5, enjoy cold or cook if you prefer :)
