Took too long to arrive, provided the wrong tracking number and the quality was trash. Went straight to the garbage.

I ordered my ear cuff on December 15. I still haven't received it. I heard from the seller that it was taking time in customs on Jan 1, and I checked, but per the tracking link, it hasn't moved out of Serbia Post since Jan 5. I contacted the seller 3 days ago, but haven't heard back. If I had any idea it would be this complicated, I never would have ordered anything.

My product was shipped internationally, but still arrived safely with 10 days approx. Good communication via email updates. Product was exactly as advertised. I've no complaints regarding the product or the service. Happy customer!
