Happy customer

Placed order for trainers yesterday at 4pm for my daughter’s birthday which is on Tuesday, expected delivery was 2-6 working days, so wasn’t sure they would arrive on time, pleasantly surprised for them to get here today at half twelve. Definitely use Crepsuk again.

Terrible Supplier ❗️

Please do not waste your hard earned money on this supplier…. They do not answer customer concerns, will not accept product isn’t new (even with photographic evidence)

They will show no concern for you as a customer whatsoever, passing off damaged goods as new ❗️

Purchase at your peril ❗️

We have sent you multiple correspondence to try to resolve this issue and have reached out directly on multiple occasions to which your response has always been that you are handling the dispute via a third party ADR mechanism offered by your purchase provider.

Given the purchase provider, following examination of your case has concluded that your claim is invalid, in which you have exhausted every avenue to try and reopen multiple times claiming different excuses every time. We have again tried to reach out as we’d be keen to try to assist and to regain your custom but our efforts have terminated in vain.

Could you please kindly reach out to info@crepsuk.com or reply to one of the emails we have previously sent, so as to address this?

Best trainer company!

I was very skeptical at first as Iv had a bad experience with ordering Jordan 1s but this was the best experience Iv had to date. Order confirmation come through straight away , got regular updates about dispatch/delivery , delivery came quicker than the expected 2-5 days and finally they use the best courier DPD. Will be ordering from CrepsUK only from now on.
