Another Family Company
Another typical "family company " that has no idea how to provide good service.
I pay for express post but see nothing after 2 days. I follow up by the only available means, via the website, as they have no phone number. Oh, apparently there was a public holiday in Victoria, silly me.
Eventually there's some action on Australia Post, but all they've done is create a label. Then nothing.
I contact Australia Post who advise they haven't picked it up. But they did, just the useless driver didn't scan it!
They were reluctant to contact Australia Post about the missing order. Just relying on their good reputation and faith. After several requests they finally did so.
They think customers are fools. It doesn't take 7 days for express post to move from Victoria to WA!
