It’s a scam. The page has been down for several weeks, and my money is lost. There’s no way to get in touch with anyone, and this is the first time an online payment platform has ever stolen my money.

This company is definitely a scam
This company is definitely a scam. I came here to post the exact situation as I have noticed others have posted. There is no customer service. At all. They will eventually respond with enough messages and threads created to cause a little extra tedious work on their part (by closing out excessive support tickets). There is no help. If you're lucky enough to view any of these reviews then take heed. Don't go down this path.

CREMA.CM IS REALLY SCAM!
Are you thinking of using Crema.cm? The simple answer is NO. THEY ARE A SCAM!
If you have such a thought to use Crema, stop now. Crema.cm is a robber who has hidden fees and steals money.
They pretend to hand over money the first time or two.
But after that, when you top up the money, the money is not reflected in the balance and they make excuses like the government is doing something or other.
The support team has not responded for months and even when they do respond, all they say is that they are currently checking your status.
I topped up 5800 but my balance is now 0 and it looks like I have lost all my money.
There is no way out.
Co-Founder & CEO- Christian Jacobsen and CTO- Ramon are all crooks.
Never use them. They are a scam.
