I have used a lot of server host and the team at creeper host has fixed my issues almost instantly the team is good at support and the server are stable what more could you ask for

We have been with creeperhost for years, its an amazing service. You can resize your server at any time, up or down to accomodate your servers needs, billing is straightforward and simple, you have options to allow your players to donate and the technical support is exemplary - fast and responsive (even in the dead of night). Cant recommend enough, we wont be going elsewhere!

I have used CreeperHost for a couple months and recently purchased a new server. I did have so technical difficulties at first but their support staff is great! I have seen some reviews about bad customer service, but I have had nothing but great interactions! It’s a little pricey but if you don’t know how to set up a server yourself, it is a great alternative.

they are helpful and patient and what can i say they offer a service for many who want to play multiplayer minecraft with mods that's been needed for a very long time in the main game that simply was never added. its cost is medium but the value it worth it. Only reason i stopped paying for the service is my friends stopped playing and i didn't need the bill every month for something that wasn't being used.

Its a bit pricey, but its worth it. anytime there is any kind of issue there is a team member within minutes of helping you. i have never had any issue with team members nor the server itself.

Support is always on top of their game. Never had an issue they haven't been able to fix within a reasonable time & have a good laugh. Staff is always a pleasure to deal with & they really know how to keep the mood on the rise. Have used their services off/on when a MC server is needed for years now & will definitely continue to do so in the future. You can definitely have confidence they'll help you out as much as they can.

I've had my service for a few years now with creeperhost I've had zero problems and zero downtime when I've had a issue with my game I've contacted support and had a response within 5mins even out of working hours.

My experience with your service has been, overall, great! I ran into some technical issues while setting up the server, but your excellent customer support staff on discord fixed the issue very quickly!

Everything was easy to understand from pricing to the interfacing. I paid for my server and it was up in minutes. I have since been able to upload my own map from a previous private server and everything was automated and easy I literally did nothing but wait as the website unzipped the file and did it's thing perfectly.

First i joined CreeperHost, because i got a discount code from PurePDcraft and not gonna lie i am really happy that i joined CreeperHost. Never got a good support that really helps. Thank you for everything

I was able to purchase a server quickly and easily and with the help of their support staff (which were extremely helpful!) we were able to get the server up and running in no time. Server runs smooth and I know that even if it doesn’t, the creeperhost team will be there to help me in a timely manner.

Bad customer service and bad payment area somehow i bought two servers and got charged for both then i canceled one of them “the only one i knew about” and then got charged for the one that i didn't know about and i did monthly so it was a bit
