I am absolutely obsessed with this Cotswold pot in sea green! I purchased the 48cm large size and it has completely transformed my garden. It’s now the centrepiece showing off my lovely young Olive Tree.

I wasn’t really sure which size I should get but I had asked customer services and sent over a picture, and they got back to me really quickly.

I highly recommend these pots - you don’t come across such original lasting designs like this very often.

I took care to order the right designs but recieved the wrong ones. When i look them up, they're no longer available so clearly they didn't have what i wanted and switched the order. When i queried they said i ordered the wrong ones. Conveniently the order doesn't state the design but the invoice quotes what they sent, so they're using that as evidence!

They clearly have no care for their customers so i would not recommend buying from these people.

I had been waiting over a month for the 56cm Blenheim off white pots to come back in stock (checking back nearly every day!). I got an email on 30/4 at 6:03pm saying they were back in stock. I ordered four pots at 7:33pm the same day (90 minutes after restock).

Then today, 2/5, I had an email saying there was "not enough stock" to fulfil my order and then was cancelled and refunded. This is odd as the past few days the pots have been in stock (there was an option to order 10+) and suddenly there were not enough. Also used a discount voucher, but this no longer works, so wasted it on this. Pending an email back from Creekwood so I can update the review. Fingers crossed for a positive outcome!

Yes, in the grand scheme of things, it's a rather small issue, but I had been excited for several months about the garden and planning to use these pots to match my others. Gardeners will understand, so I am rather disappointed. Just be careful when ordering from Creekwood that you may need a backup plan. Thank you.

Really poor communication from this company. I waited for an average of 3 days each time I contacted them to get a reply from customer services. After taking my order, nothing arriving for a whole week and after many emails, they finally cancelled my order saying the item was no longer available. Complete waste of time!

Don't go near this company they take your money and don't send the goods and blame the courier after repeatedly not answering emails

Dreadful experience. Mirrors arrived cracked.No response to my emails.No contact via Etsy or Creekwood.
