We always get an excellent tree from Creekside Christmas. Always a great shape and size, and the tree always has a great scent too. Highly recommend

I've been using Creekside Christmas for years and the trees are always really beautiful. In addition to that the drop off is prompt and they are quick and efficient in their communications - great company, and highly recommend them.

We've been getting our Christmas trees from Creekside Christmas for a couple of years now and very happy to recommend them. The trees are beautiful, they last well and even got delivered on a bike (which is pretty cool!). We'll definitely be getting more from them.

Tree is beautiful, delivery was very quick and
straightforward and advice was helpful. We bought a Fraser fir which was a good compromise, having a proper “Christmas tree smell” but not losing all its needles in the first week! It does still lose some needles, but far fewer than a Norway Spruce. so if that’s a problem for you, I’d stick with a Nordman fir. We also bought (not from them), a Cinco tree stand which has revolutionised our tree assembly. Normally trying to secure a big tree in a wobbly stand brought out my partner’s worst Grinch characteristics.
We are delighted with our tree from Creekside! Bought it on the 23rd Nov and still going strong, topping up water every day. Also good to support local businesses.

As always, so reliable with delivery as well as picking the perfect tree for us - we return to Creekside for our tree year after year because we know we will receive great quality and service.

I’ve ordered my Christmas tree from this company for around four years and have always been really happy. The trees are excellent (though a little on the pricey side but to be expected) and delivery has previously been reliable.

This year was more challenging, with my tree arriving about a week late due to issues with their courier (APC). I appreciate that this was outside their direct control, but the experience was stressful, and highlighted that their processes for dealing with delivery problems could be strengthened to better support customers when things go wrong.

The tree itself is lovely, but this experience has made me reconsider ordering again next year. I hope the company takes this as an opportunity to review how delays are managed in the future.

They failed to deliver my Christmas tree but didn’t come to the right address and didn’t even attempt to call me to find it, just emailed saying the delivery had failed and sent a photo of a completely different address.

Wonderful customer service and always provided me with good quality trees. I have been a customer for a couple of years now - I highly recommend it!

I’ve been buying my tree from Creekside for almost a decade. The trees always arrive on time, delivered with care and in excellent condition.

Gorgeous tree. The tree I purchased was a great shape. Tall and not too wide. Not many pine needles have dropped off now the tree is in place. I bought the easy lock tree stand (holds water) which was easy to set up. Very little needle drop. Lovely customer service.
