I asked for a REFUND of $4.99 as I terminated my account in January 2026. I also requested to have my personal ACCOUNT NUMBER/ ROUTING NUMBER and DEBIT CARD INFO to be deleted. None of these happened. My issue hasn't been resolved.

Makes boost due every couple days, not on paydays. I've contacted customer service multiple times to no avail. They say you can change/correct the date but it doesn't. I believe it's just a way to charge fees🤷

Is this a real credit card or not???😡
I looked over the Credit Genie credit card statement that I was approved for a credit line of 1,000.00. The annual membership fee was immediately charged on it totally 119.00 leaving me around 800.00 on my card left.
My issue here is: where do I get or find my Genie Credit card information so I can make other purchases?
