Lucky enough to speak to Soovidha!

Positive experience

It took me 30 minutes and 3 departments to make a payment but I was put through to a lovely lady called Cassandra Bridges. She helped me within a matter of minutes, helped calm my anxiety and was so lovely and refreshing to speak too. She’s an absolute star and a credit to this company.
