Honestly, disgusted at how they’ve handled my vulnerable situation.

Wrong information given, wrong proof requested to send in, agents who evidently do not care how why or when you are in desperate need of a payment break.

Talk about not caring for people’s mental health in this day and age!

The lady ruth was very helpful in the phone and delt with my issues. I phoned up after receiving a 6month review but I made my last payment so was confused as I dont know the closing account procedure. She spoke to her colleagues and told me what I need to know and that I did not have to do the 6month review and that my account is closing down and could take 6 months that was all good to know and I have health issuse and very forgetful so she sent a copy of my email to my partner and stopped any future direct debit

Had an IVA with them for 5/6 years. Just finished it and had Urtika sort out the closure of the IVA within 2 weeks instead of waiting upto 6 months.

Can’t thank Durgesh Udhin for all his help throughout. Really recommend. Nothing has been any trouble and any queries I’ve had he has sorted. Thanks again.

I spoke to Sarvesh today. Not only was he able to clear up the confusion,but was very polite and a pleasure to speak to. Also explained everything I needed to know and was very understanding.

Azhar was instrumental brilliant at helping me today with my request for a payment break and in helping me gather together the information needed for the completion of my annual review.
I’m currently struggling with anxiety disorder and I did find having to go through my bank statements and other bits and pieces quite distressing and at times confusing which is no reflection on Azhar at all as he was was fantastically patient, despite probably being able to hear the frustration in my voice.
I’ve been subject to a variety of different changes in circumstances since October of last year as my income has now been reduced to NIL by my employer due to my anxiety disorder. When I took out my IBA I was earning well enough to not have to rely on any type of benefit at all and was able to mostly comfortably pay the instalments for my Iva . Over the last few months I have paid it almost every month but have had to ask for a payment break a couple of times. Azhar helped me with this today and I now don’t feel as distressed as I did when I realised that I would have no income from my employer and that the instrument would be a sizable chunk of the little that I have spare.
So I’m very grateful and very appreciative and thank you very much, Azhar

I called up to have my account sent to closures. Ruth was absolutely fantastic. Walked me through every step and assured me my certificate would come up to 6 months and there was nothing I need to do in this time. Ruth went through the closure process with myself. I do not understand where the bad reviews come from. Creditfix have been nothing but fantastic so credit is due to every member of Creditfix as they have helped me become free from debt.
