Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service, Vidhee Boyjoo was really helpful. I was incredibly stressed about a time-sensitive issue with my account, but she immediately put me at complete ease, explained everything clearly, and got my problem sorted out straight away. Truly excellent support

Paul B.was very helpful and understanding of my situation. His advice and explanations were excellent, and I feel very lucky to have spoken with him. All the advisors have been amazing—calm, patient, and genuinely focused on helping people like me. Their support has made a difficult situation feel much less stressful. I had a great experience

I had a great experience dealing with Jayshree Ramkhelawon at Creditfix. She helped me obtain information regarding the closure certificate for my IVA and, as it had been almost six months with the process still ongoing, she went the extra mile to escalate the matter for me.

Jayshree was extremely helpful, professional and a pleasure to deal with. She kept me informed and made the whole process much easier. I really appreciate her help and would highly recommend her to anyone dealing with Creditfix.

U are a rip off u take peaples money…

U are a rip off u take peaples money for debts for years then when something goes wrong and cant affored to pay u make them bankcruped and u dont pay any of there bills with the money you take and keep it you are discussting company
