Customer service and payments
Customer service members that call act like it's their money that I owe and not the company's. Some are very rude. As far as making a payment; when you go on the site most times your amount due is double what you actually owed.

i wanted to change the date when my payment was due by a couple of weeks. Most companies can do that they just prorate the first payment. I was told you couldnt do that. I also was told you dont accept electronic payments but you do so there are some training issues you need to address.
